5Only getting one star because it wont let me give negative stars. Hasn't been re opened but even when it is open the service is terrible the people seem to have less that elementary school educations
Just got off the phone with Lori, after dealing with what I thought would be a very complicated issue. But for the first time in my life dealing with the DMV was pretty easy. Lori stayed with me step by step and made sure I was able to get all the required info and help I needed it. I will be calling them again for future services.
My husband & I moved here from Virginia in March 2019. We have had the pleasure to visit this DMV office several times over the past year to get our Florida license, register our vehicles, get our park pass & my husbands fishing license. Each & every time we came in everyone was always very friendly & polite & not just to us but to all of their customers. It was very obvious they all enjoyed their jobs & worked well with each other. I don't usually do reviews, however I felt that I needed to take the time to do this one. I would like to thank each of them for the polite & professional service they provide.
Mrs Cathy did a great job helping me. She went out of her way to help me. Great service!
