Fast and curious service. The armed guard Steve was very polite and respectful. It was a real pleasure to have Donna help me.

Went to get my Florida license today and had a short wait and excellent service. Coming from the northeast it is so nice to have pleasant DMV experience.

It was very crowded and that was fine I expected that of a dmv but not to add fuel to the fire I waited patiently I thought the number went in order even tho It seems my number was skipped I still waited patiently everyone was ok the employees were fine the lady finnaly came up to me and then right when I was trying to explain to her the security guard was like well she missed it because she was next door eating first of all mind your damn business the only thing that made me upset was him anyway great service overall

For a DMV, not bad. Wait times are sped up thanks to the express lane (tags, renewals, etc). Just don't go outside if its a packed house, the ladies blurt your number and move on to the next if you don't answer in. 025 seconds!

I would highly recommend the pizza it is very good as well as the salad. It was fresh and the dressing tasted homemade. The service was incredible. When you come ask for Alex because he made sure our food was done on time and was hot.

Fast service and would have given 5 stars but the clerk was very curt and short, kept cutting me off when I spoke as if she were trying to "speak over me". She seemed like she was bored with her job and hates it. Should look for more private position so not to have contact with the public. I was always taught that good customer service reps should greet the end of the day customers just as alert and courteous as the first customers of the day. Very uncomfortable doing business with her.

Best DMV experience I have ever had in all my 61 years. Unhurried, friendly and efficient. Where I came from people were rude and made you feel like you were inconveniencing them. The culture here is warm and friendly and professional. So glad we visited this office.

2 things.
1, in reference to a previous review, this DMV is still here (was there yesterday) who ever said it wasn't did not walk down far enough. It is roughly half way between Planet Fitness and Staples.
2, this is the BEST DMV (plus the walk up window at the court house) I have ever been to. All the ladies here are very helpful and get you in and out quickest as possible. Been there several times and compared to other counties and states. I would go here anytime. (Heck rather go here than Wally world!)
