I called Flags Unlimited on a Tuesday to see if they had a 16 x 24" U. S.flag in stock. They said they did and would hold it for me until Friday. When I was able to come in and pick it up. I then called Wednesday to ask them if they could measure the center line to center line of the grommet holes. They opened up the package and did that. Polite when I called and when I picked up my order.
