Flagship Towing & their driver Joe were saviors in rescuing us when we were stranded by the ocean. After witnessing another fantastic Florida sunset on a Friday evening we started heading back to our winter abode. We got in our Jeep and it was stuck in reverse but the shift was stick in park & the engine would not start. Stranded we were with no one to call.

We called Flagship towing, Joe was there in no time to save the day. He was kind, friendly and professional. He loaded up the Jeep, dropped the Jeep off at the repair shop and made sure we were taken care of.

I highly recommend Flagship Towing!

No on was avalible to even look at her suv navigator and they were 5 min down the road in north venice, they lost out on a possible quick fix, maybe they have to many people giving away free fixes or dont want to work after 3: 30 in the afternoon was it the first owners decison?

The driver arrived promptly was super courteous and accommodating I have used a flag ship before through AAA and love them

I was broken down at a gas station and Tom offered his knowledge and a helping hand out of the goodness of his heart. Thank you Tom. Much appreciated!

My son’s car broke down on I75. AAA said this company was coming to tow his car. The company called him & said that due to not enough drivers it would be about a 90 minute wait but that they would get someone there asap. 90 minutes later no one had arrived so my son called AAA back to check the status. He was then told Flagship declined the call basically saying he wasn’t there! Fortunately AAA was able to get another company to come—amazingly they were there in 30 minutes! Shame on Flagship for not stating that they were unable to take the call & have AAA find someone else. Being broke down is bad enough but being stuck on the interstate in the heat is worse again.

There drivers need better training they picked our car up with a flat on the front of car and then dropped it in the road at our house and the driver told us they were told not to go in peoples driveway. I have heard of this but only when the driveway has brick pavers. We have a shell driveway all and all the worst tow company around will call Venice Wrecker next time

Even on a Friday night, Jacob arrived in a timely manner was courteous and professional. Great job!

I have an old corvette that has been in storage for almost 20 years. Tires still hold air. I needed to tow it to a shop and it was done in less than 1 hour from my call. Very affordable since it was only 5 miles but I was surprised just how quickly it was done and glad they did not charge more for a Sunday. Next time I need towing service they are in my contacts and I don’t have to worry about price or service. Great job!

On the evening of Feb. 25,2022 my car broken down on the middle of heavy traffic! I was petrified. I called AAA and they sent Walter from Flagship to come and tow me. He was there in less than 20 minutes and towed my car home. He was extremely respectful, knowledgeable and kind. Thank you Flagship and Walter!

Called for a 65 mile tow and they quoted me $950.you read that correctly, $950! Not 100 percent sure but when I broke down in Venice, FL I was told (after 3hrs) by Triple AAA that this provider could not fulfill my "ticket" due to some issue and they were trying to get another company.out of curiosity I called directly to them and they had no problem providing a truck for $950! Someone (me!) is going to report them to the DOT for price gouging.they should have their license revoked

Flagship towing was horrible. We got an ETA time from AAA. 4 hours later still no tow.finally called flagship towing and they said they have no record of order and do not accept AAA!

I have a Mercedes SUV that wouldn’t start even though the battery seemed fine. The first person to arrive via AAA, called because I thought the battery was faulty, determined that the battery was fine and asked for a truck to tow it. The next guy who came with a flat-bed truck, Doug, saw that we couldn’t get the car out of park. That didn’t faze him. He candidly consulted Google for tips on getting this model out of park with the engine off. He was very transparent. I also consulted Google and he was receptive to my input, an admirable quality. The car was tucked tightly at right angles to our main driveway and Doug could see that more equipment would be needed. He apologetically asked if it would be OK to have his supervisor come the next morning with more equipment. Of course it was.

So the next morning, Todd came and immediately saw the problem. He first tried a trick to start the car but saw it wouldn’t work. I called Mercedes and found that for this model it is impossible to get it into neutral without the engine running. To make a two-hour story shorter, Todd was amazingly creative: he had to scoot he car out, maneuver his short tow truck very carefully, use all his high-school physics, lots of innate intelligence and tons of patience and good nature to finally get the SUV on his lift and a set of road dollies. As an experimental scientist, and former Bobcat skid-steer loader owner/driver, I was very impressed.

This firm has excellent staff: good customer service, confident and thoughtful, and a real joy to work with.

The driver although a young man was very smart. We couldn't get it to jump and when I mentioned how I stalled when coming into the parking lot and the vehicle wouldn't go into park. He knew exactly what it was and got under my truck and fix it so I could get home. I gave him a nice tip

This was all after dark in the rain by the way. Took less than 30 minutes once he got their. Happy!
