Flame Broiler Butler Pointe reviews
16 A friend of mine told me she had ordered online and the food was very good, so I decided to go get myself some but The service was Horrible. The guy with the dreads was extremely rude and kept rushing me while deciding on what to order.
I ended up leaving without ordering because there was no way I was going to spend my money in a place I’m being treated badly.
I was super disappointed.
The food was fresh, healthy, and very tasty! My only problem was not enough in the bowl. Maybe that is a good thing! First time, and I will visit again!
It was my first experience there and I was pleased with the food and the service very awesome people and food I will definitely go there again
Definitely not a bad place to eat. The employees were very helpful and nice but there's nothing too special here
The chicken bowl that we got had charcoal like burnt chicken pieces which were very hard to eat and tasted bad
The people are what make a business.
These guys are top of the line. They've been there for over 6 years that I've been going and always keep the food fresh for you. I regular this place and recommend 100%.
Awesome, awesome, awesome. Meat so tender and fresh. I had gastric bypass, and I am very sensitive to how food is prepared. They are 10 out of 10. I will be coming back at least once a week now. Great job guys!
Great Korean BBQ. Prices almost doubled, but that's everywhere, great quality food and clean
I honestly wish I'd made a review like 4 months ago. I used to love coming here on my lunch break, it is usually a perfect mix of mystifyingly delicious chicken, rice, and veggies. Portion size is usually very good for the price. Considering how friendly the staff is and how quickly you get your food, it's easy to enjoy spending money here.usually. I say usually because the past 3-4 times I've gone, my bowl has been a lot smaller (noticeably less rice), while the chicken has more gristle and is overcooked. So the balance is off now, and you feel jipped just like every other mainstream business these days. I only go once a month now in hopes it returns to the way it was. A man can dream.
5 stars months ago, 3 stars now, so I'll meet in the middle at 4.
Oh, and for any Flamebroiler virgins reading this, do yourself a favour and just *try* it once. But you have to get magic sauce. Magic sauce is necessary, just don't ask me why.
I really had a taste for the chicken and rice bowl. I am so disappointed. My chicken is either burnt or cooked on a dirty grill. Not sure which one but for $11 on my 30 minute lunch break, I will think twice before going back. All I wanted was a good lunch
RIPOFF & GROSS! I ordered a half&half plate $13.25 with a side of 2 wings $3.75 (yes that is $1.87/wing) total was $18.28 The plate comes with a side salad and fruit. Ha! What a joke. Side salad is about two bites of cabbage and carrots drowned in what tasted like Italian dressing. The fruit is about half of a dried up orange. The beef in the half&half is equivalent to the small pieces found in the bottom of a beef jerky package, while the chicken is reminiscent of the small pieces that would be left over from your mark pi’s bowl after about three days. The gentleman behind the counter that was nice enough to recommend extra magic sauce, at the “sauce bar”. This, in my opinion, was a life-saving tip, because the extra lubrication helped so that the dryness of the meal did not become lodged in my esophagus. He did, however forget to serve my meal as “dine in” after asking me multiple times if I was eating dine in or carry out and he also forgot to ring me up for a drink which I found was not included with the meal and much to my surprise was an additional $3.01 (for a fountain drink.) needless to say this was my second time eating at the flame Broiler… My first and my last.
I came in with a voucher for a free regular bowl with no expiration date that I received from a raffle at my job. The employee stated that despite it being a valid flame broiler card with no expiration dates, they would not honor it because nobody signed it. Huh? I've been to the Flame Broiler off of Tapestry Park on dozens of occasions, and a few times here in the past, but am now done with them after this. Who doesn't honor a valid card with no expiration dates? Clearly, my employer paid for the card, so how do you not honor it? Horrific experience. Will never come here again.
**Update**
I was contacted by the district manager who apologized for what happened and made it right. I was sent some new vouchers and a bottle of their magic sauce for my inconvenience. Good job Flame Broiler.
I got the half chicken and half beef on white rice with magic sauce. It was absolutely amazing and will definitely be back when in the area.
Food is a good value and tastes pretty good. Just a good place to get a quick meal that's pretty healthy.
They are decent when they actually serve the food, not close 40 minutes after you place an order, causing roughly 2 hours of wasted time.
How blessed is this location!
My food satisfied my appetite!
This is truly the best place to get a Post-Workout Meal in. The regular Bowl is the perfect portion for me. C. J. ’s Hospitality is 100% hands down. He is genuine and professional.
Alicia F. Is phenomenal in the kitchen!
