Had spent the past couple of days going in to purchase nail polishes to refill my collection and was met with staff that were breathing down my neck, staring me down, and were making comments about me in Spanish. I guess they did not realize I spoke the language and understood them perfectly. Really disappointing after shopping there for years and was constantly recommending people to go (guess I will have to take all of that back). Do yourself a favor and purchase your beauty products elsewhere or even online where you can find a larger array. Horrible experience. I hope they realize the people they are hiring have no manners. They were so helpful. I arrived five minutes before they closed and they still welcomed me and help me with my whole purchase 10 out of 10

I know they fix tools, so I’m not sure if they just resell old tools. I bought a Parlux from here and after a few weeks of having it, I had to bring it back for repairs twice in under a month and it stopped working for a third time so I just gave up.

Awesome place for beauty supplies very professional they also have a repair shop inside as well and will deliver out to the shop and salon as well very helpful with an question concerns about product

I found a well-organized store, with a wide variety of products, brands, good prices and excellent service from its staff, especially Mrs. Tania, who has extensive knowledge of all the products, explained to me in detail and patience everything that I needed to improve my hair, treatments, line of products, a stylist recommended me and gave me a new product from a professional line to recover my damaged hair (soon I will leave comments on the progress of my hair and the results with this new product i. We came there for buying some professional hair dye (there’s a complete variety by the way) but they have experts in the store to help you out with choosing which color is the best fit for your hair! Thank you so so much to Yisele (she is so knowledgeable and patient, you won't go wrong getting advice for her!)

I attended today starting the day to make some purchases and the 3 girls to whom I asked some guidance questions for me to make my purchase, the 3 were super bitter, the customer service was very bad. This is the second time I have received such bad treatment.
