I really like this place! The Dr. Is very knowledgeable and extremely kind with their patients. I took my rabbit as an emergency and everything was fast and detail oriented. You could see that she cares about well being of the pets.

I had the worst experience and would never recommend anyone to go there if they want a health certificate for international travel. They caused me to miss my flight and having to book a new flight because they could not fill in the endorsement documents to USDA correctly. They screwed up 4! Times leaving no time for the USDA to get the documents back to me on time. They had the nerve to first blame me for giving them incorrect information although I had provided all the information via email prior to my first visit. On my visit they gave my dog treatments uncalled for because they were not knowledgeable about the requirements of the destination I was traveling to. I had to ask them to call the USDA to get first hand information. They also had the nerve to blame the USDA for the delay in getting the documents ready but an assistant at the vet finally admitted that it was their fault and that they had filled the documents incorrectly. All along Dr. Shultz did not once take my call and threatened me via email that she was not going to sign the documents. For this I had to pay $550 i.e. $150 more than the quote they gave me when I scheduled the appointment and on top of that a new flight, $900, and Dr. Shultman did not even have the decency to apologize. The arrogance of that woman is astonishing! So if you don’t want to end up paying $1450 for something that should have cost $350 then DON’T set foot in that clinic. They should not even have one star tbh.

I don’t usually write reviews but I just had to for this place, I brought my bunny in who wasn’t feeling well and everyone was so extremely sweet and genuinely concerned for my baby, and by the end of the visit she was already feeling better. Thank the Lord

The doctor and staff are friendly and very helpful. I know my dogs are in good hands any time we’re there!:)

Devoted and caring staff. Came in because my dog was barking at walls and looked like he was in pain. The doctor and vet tech were super attentive and kind. They were transparent and straightforward with all of my questions. Best clinic I've been to.

I brought my dog in yesterday due to being in Respiratory Distress. They saved his life! I don’t think my dog would be with me right now if it wasn’t for the fast and attentive service we received. Thank you so much, we are truly thankful!

My experience here was the worst. This is not a place to take your pet for an emergency even though it advertises that they take emergency cases. I called and explained the state of the emergency and they told me that they could. We arrived and there was no urgency in assisting us, and the people working there seemed very inexperienced. The experience was awful. I would never refer anyone who loves and cares about there pet to this place.

Had a horrible experience over the weekend with this vets office. They showed there colors it's all about the $ not the well-being of the animal. The vet did not even speak any English to explain anything to us. What a disappointment for our community.

My mom and I absolutely love this place. Our dog Riley has been getting treatment here and the service is phenomenal. He was very sick at one point and is now back to himself. Thank you all for everything

Great and gentle care for my winter white hamster! The vet was very considerate and kind. The last vet I went to was rough but here she was very gentle with my hamster. Also wasn't too pricey compared to other places.

We had such an awesome experience here. Our dog was very very sick and the staff at Flamingo Rd animal hospital took such great care of her. She was back to her healthy self within 24hours. The entire staff from front desk to Dr and assistants was so kind and helpful and could tell they really cared about making sure our dog recovered. We are so grateful for their care and concern and will definitely be back for our wellness treatments.
