Flamingo South Beach North Tower reviews
24 I lived here for 7 months and had an incident happen (not the buildings fault) and I have to say Luisa and Elvira ran to the rescue. They get a 5 star for customer service and helping me out to the best of their ability.
In regard to living there, other than the incident, I never had a bad experience. I was in the South Tower and although there are some characters living there, most are harmless.
Location is perfect, and the surroundings themselves are gorgeous.
I’ve lived at the Flamingo Point now for over 4years and HIGHLY recommend this building to any and everyone.
The management, maintenance and overall staff at this property are AMAZING! Elvira at the management office is so sweet, Joe with property management is great and all the maintenance team does a superior job in an incredibly efficient manner.
I attribute any other bad review to…well, there are A LOT of kinda crazy people on South Beach! They may not know and understand what good service looks like and Flamingo Point exudes great service…from my experience!
Absolutely beautiful community, it looks and feels like a 5 star resort!
It’s very clean, secure, quiet and the staff is super friendly. I relocated from the west coast and did not have the opportunity to see the building prior to moving in. I was worried it would a bait and switch situation but the property actually exceeded my expectations. I feel very fortunate to live here.
Special thanks to Manuel and Joe for the smooth move in process.
Great building.when we were choosing an apartment, manager Sarah showed us everything and were very nice. The complex has a swimming pool, dog park. The pool is also suitable for children. The security of the building is very good - the entrance is only by fingerprints, if guests come - only by ID.there is parking for bicycles in the open air and in the parking lot.there is a valey parking for guests also.there is garbage sorting. The management is very polite and helpful.love it!
We feel so fortunate to live in Flamingo. There are all the normal aspects of community living that some may dislike, most of which results from other residents. For their part, the staff and management keep the place updated and impeccable inside and out. I thought this worth mentioning because I have read many reviews that contradict this. If you are thinking about it, go check it out. I’m so glad we did!
I have been living in Flamingo for almost 4 yrs. It is a great place, great amenities, but the most important is the community and staff. Great people, they respond on time. You don't have to worry about almost anything, except for the fire alarm test that takes to long and is very noise)
There is no jacuzzi and the pool closes at SIX PM. Unacceptable. Claims to close at 7: 30pm in the summer; however, that's still not late enough. For a building like this and rent this high the EARLIEST it should close is 11: 00pm but really we're all adults here and it should be 24 hours.
Yes, it does smell like dog pee everywhere; however, the dogs are so cute you don't end up caring.
Aside from that, it's gonna vary unit to unit.
I’ve lived at the Flamingo 14 out of the 22 years I’ve been in Miami. There is no better place to live than here. Truly!
We have beautiful bay views, fantastic park and outdoor areas, resort style pool, top end gym, friendly smiling staff, and management that cares about its residents, not to mention maintenance who keep my unit and the entire building in great shape. I’m so grateful for all of them. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
I moved into this building 2 years ago and I love this place, the best place in South Beach to live like you deserve. I still live here because I love the organization of the building, the good treatment you receive and the attention they give you, the immediate response you receive for the maintenance of your home. It has a good security system and best of all, it is always clean and organized. I recommend it 5
I moved to the Flamingo a month ago. For the time being I’m enjoying the place for many reasons. One of them is Flamingo have a really good location and a great bay view, the amenities are beautiful, although to be a big community I have been noticing a great work by the employees responsible for cleaning, there’s a dog park inside wich help a lot who has dogs. I’m felling at home. I just don’t give 5 stars because I just moved in but as I said I’m enjoying to live here and I take the risk to say about the Flamingo it’s one of most beautiful buildings with the beautiful amenities of South Beach. I say that because before to choose here I saw around 40 others apartments in Miami Beach.
I'm begging you all please run. There is a roach infestation in south tower and its baddddd. Please dont waste your money bat the roach motel aka the flamingo.
It is with great pleasure and pride that I recommend you inquire about your living in a 4-Star gated apartment community in Miami Beach for fair affordable rents. I relocated from NYC to Miami Beach and have been a happy resident of Flamingo Point South for five years and going. Prof Max Ramirez, Miami Dade College
I love living at Flamingo! They keep the place clean. Every concern i’ve had was answered right away. The swimming pools are amazing! And the sunset view as well. I’m enjoying my stay so much! Just leased for a year.
Best security, high tech elevators, can’t beat the views, great location, walk to the beach, large apartements
Hi my name is Darius and I’m temporarily visiting my adopted sister. I’ve been trying to get in contact with management for the longest to get some things answered as a guest but no one is talking
I got a really bad experience with flamingo. I was leaving in flamingo south beach north tower for over 20 months and during my stay nobody was able to help me. Every problems I got took for ever to get solved. Besides the fact that the management is just trying to take money from you, the staff and the management are mean and lazy.
They are impossible to reach by phone, the office is close for over a hour and half per day. It was the worst condo I used to live in miami
The view is awesome, the pool too, central and south tower are pretty and have security, they are working a lot in north tower to make it look better and better security in the future, but still security at main gate and north tower is useless, very good mail services, and some food stores etc security is rude and do nothing to keep the place safe, useless
Walls not properly built so you hear neighbors snoring and talking even at normal noise.
Worst thing is they charge you fees for the common areas which as far as you know are completely made up because it is not metered to your apt. These fees should be included in your lease as opposed to tacking on an extra $140 - $180 to your monthly rent.
Great views but basic amenities are lacking inside apt such as garbage disposal, full size washing machines, ventilation in bathroom.
No complaints with management on site. Service requests are taken care of quickly.
Rented this place online from CA because I'm here temporarily working with a local university. A local magazine was doing a photoshoot with me and one of Flamingos security people interrupted us and harassed me to stop and leave immediately and took a picture of my resort pass. Extremely rude to me and the photographer and a very unpleasant experience. I think this is the worst place to live in miami. They make you pay rent and treat you like an animal. Don't live here
If you wanna know what it's like to live in a prison then live here. That OZ show on HBO is good start. The idiots that run this place implemented a policy stating that you cannot transfer your resort pass to someone else; I left mine at my friends place and they confiscated it from here when she tried to return it to me and charged me $100- stating that it was "lost or stolen" when they, AIMCO (the property managers), are the ones who actually stole it. Criminals.
