Very well kept community. Quiet and kinda secluded. Security not always polite and lack professionalism.

I have lived here since 2004 and this place is peaceful, it's beautiful, it's safe and it's clean. The managment is always willing to help you.what more could you ask for in a home. A definite 5 for me!)

We’ve lived here 19 years and are only moving because our daughter is grown now and we need a one story. But it’s been great living here. Patrick and the office staff have been great. Pepe and Francis ;maintenance) as well. The grounds are well maintained and the $147 HOA fee is probably the lowest around. The gate is occasionally a problem but worth it for the added security. Only negative is wish they had breed restrictions on dogs like some apartment complexes.

Very poor guard gate service, very rude and disrespectful. The black lady was not wearing a mask or gloves and wanted to touch my iD with her bare hands. Not very safe, if you can’t follow guidelines don’t work.

I have lived here since 2007. I enjoy the community. It's clean, safe, and the location is great. The front office is also always willing to help homeowners out.

I have lived in Flamingo Villas for 15 years. The management is amazing. If you need something done Patrick is right on it. And they are great at keeping the maintenance low.
