One of my all time favorites where you'll always get a great meal no matter what you are eating

Always delicious food, good music and service. Firecracker shrimp starter is a go and tilapia on lemon juice with dirty rice are my choices most of the times. But the ribs are good too, chicken with pasta, burger, muzzarella sticks

FOOD LOOKS GOOD? ITS NOT!
So, as you can see by my review below from 5 years ago, Flanigan's has been my favorite restaurant for many years. Tonight that totally changed! My family and I drove 1 hour and 11 minutes to get to this location. We literally drove past the Stuart location which was 5 mins from where we were just because we have always had such a good experience here. We had an excellent waitress Lillie which was the only positive part of our experience. We ordered ribs, wings, burgers. The food was horrible! Everything was dried out and stale. I left the restaurant totally disappointed. I didn't want to give Lillie a hard time because she had been so polite, professional and courteous. Therefore, I waited until I got home and I called to tell the manager about my experience. The manager that came to the phone was "AJ". The way he responded was shocking and was nothing short of a nightmare. I started out by complimenting the restaurant and telling him how long I've been a customer. But, then I started telling him about my experience. He stopped me mid sentence and immediately became defensive. I was surprised because I had not complained, nor had I asked him to compensate me. I simply relayed my experience. He then started lecturing me about how I waited to get home to call and left the restaurant without returning the food and now, how could he possibly help me. I listened in stunned silence. I had not asked him to do anything. I did not ask for a refund nothing. He lectured me, then told me I have put him in a bad position as now I left with the food and there is nothing he can do. At that point, I mentioned to him that I actually have the food here and can post pics in my review if he would like to see the pics. He stated to me that I was "free to post whatever I wanted". He basically came across as though he was saying he did not care. He then ended the conversation by saying "come back and see us". I politely told him, that would not be the case. I will not return there. I would like to say to this Flanigan's that people like me are the backbone of your business. Without me (customers) you have no business. I was dumbfounded at the way in which AJ treated me and how he responded to me. I felt ashamed for calling to express how I felt about my experience. I know that as a restaurant you are established Flanigan's, but never forget your WHY. You're here because of people like me. If you shame us and talk down to us when we are displeased, you will lose people who genuinely desire to support your business. I hope you guys don't ever treat anyone else the way AJ treated me. Thank you.

We love it here. The food at this location is more properly cooked than others we've been to.

Our favorite go to spot for wings and sports when we're in town. Service is great whether you are at the bar or seated at the table.
Like being at the bar cause you get to meet and conversate with others, meeting someone who have something in common or just friendly conversation.

This place is outstanding.
Excellent food and great service.
Best baby ribs in town.
Check the menu for starters, meat and fish.
Atmosphere is very friendly and positive.

Joe's to go parking, isn't enforced, No parking for pickups, So I'm double parking for pickup up an order? Nah, next time I'll go to outback or someplace where I can park.spoke to manglement, no help. OK then, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Alan spoke to this customer last night he was very rude. Kelly went through his bags and checked the order with him but he was more concerned about parking and how we should tow or put stickers on cars. I told him to offer a drink coin but the guy was t having it. Can’t win them all just stinks that it pulls our score down

-I really didn't feel like I was rude to you or your the manager. I asked about the reserved parking for to go orders, like I had used in the past, and if something could be done to have parking reserved for to go customers actually used for.to go customers.

Since I was the only one picking up, I knew those 4 cars were not picking up food.

I understand you don't want to upset anyone, and putting a sticker on the windshield would tick me off. At the same time, I can't use this location because of the lack of parking. (its always been bad) since the reserved parking was created, I have been using the location.if you check my cc, you'll see the $ volume.best of luck.

Food was excellent, reasonable prices, hearty portions. But the highlight was the service by SCARLET. Very attentive, friendly, and VG menu knowledge. We will be back!

A very dirty place, the floors are terribly dirty, I don't want to imagine what their kitchens are like, will the public health department audit them?

I want to express my appreciation to your manager, Hope, and her team for their outstanding management of our catering order. The food was superb, particularly the delicious ribs.

Again, many thanks to the entire staff for a job well done. We will certainly be placing another order with them very soon!

Super great food! Waitress charged us for a while extra person worth of food and drink, but corrected it reluctantly once we brought it to attention. Really unwelcoming hostess was the greeter. Definitely would not recommend her for "front of house"!

We love flannigans is our go to every week, we have been going to this flannigans since 1994, we are never disappointed with the service and food, however lately this year the chicken wings wich is the plate we always order are coming out kind of small pieces very small in fact and is not one time issue this has been permanent, we hope the supplier changes anytime soon or at least can arrange something because is the most iconic dish!

Went here after a Goo Goo Dolls Concert to grab some food before heading back down to Miami. The service was okay, there were lots of regulars in the bar and the two bartenders seemed to cater to them much more than my boyfriend and I. I get it, regulars leave better tips usually. I do feel that since we are young, we weren't treated as great (I've had MUCH better service at every other flannigans) with the assumption we would leave good tips or something; we do, we aren't cheap LOL. Over all, it took forever to get the initial order in, to get utensils, ask for ketchup, get a second round of drinks and to get the tab to close out. I would go again and give it a second change, but please remember non regulars can also give good tips too. Don't forget about us.
