Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill

I had the worst waitress name Lindsey! It was the worst experience. The sad thing was that I was with my family they could not believe how someone that that can stay employed when she was just utterly awful and disgusting.

First time at this location. We were there by 11: 30am pretty much only a few other folks so not busy yet. Bathrooms smelled horrible stuff, burgers had no flavor. Rib rolls awesome as always. Even when we arrived the inside had a particular smell in the air.

Place was empty for an early lunch but felt very rushed. Specifically told waitress wanted salad before main course. Sure enough, entree came out as I started to eat salad. She simply placed entree on table without an apology or explanation.

Always up to par! Got togo, it was a little slow as it was their busy time.server forgot to bring bill as a result. I caught servers attention as the they were walking away and gave payment

Really nice! I spend a $100 dls I got a $20 gift card for Flannigan, I will be using it later. The server Jennifer H was " really nice"
She told me all about the special.

A bothersome place to avoid, unless you are looking for a fight. Loud, obnoxious, aggressive group of guys sitting at the bar, apparently friends with the manager. They shout insults and threaten other patrons. The bar staff doesn’t seem to mind.

The only bad thing is the service was slow. To get something after the food was served it was impossible to get the server. Although there were a bunch that kept walking past our table.

The Hialeah location on 84 St always smells like a nasty bar rag, all the tables wobble and your drinks spill. I've been a customer since they turned it into a restaurant, you need to close it down and remodel it or move to a decent clean location. The place must have years of gunk accumulated in the bar and kitchen.

Ordered to pick up and my fault for not check it before leaving but did not include one dish and the rice.they gave me such a hard time to replace it.

Ordered online. Fish was great but missing the rice side dish. Caesar salad had no dressing. Key lime pie just was not key lime pie.
Typically love this place but this order was not so good.

Food is okay but the services is VERY SLOW! I also tried ordering online and notices there is a charge for placing the order, not for delivery but just for ordering to go. This is bad business specially with all the competitors out there like Chillis, TGIF and many local restaurants that even offer free delivery.
Im sorry your food is not that good to be paying extra.

Always great service and the food is excellent and fast. Never a wait for lunch but dinner can get crowded.

It is always great. I call it our fast food restaurant with a full meal service. Fast food cause service is always fast. If u r un a rush, u go in eat and out very satisfied.

The physical space to order/pick up is too limited, too crowded most times during the night. Otherwise, amazing service!

I always go to Flaningans but this location in Pines was amazing. Trevor was my server and he was attentive and kind.

Best ribs around. Also it's my go to spot to watch games since it doesn't get as full as the Hialeah one.

Good food but as always service lacks. They either bring your food while you are still eating your nachos or if you order half way through the nachos they take forever to bring the food

Good food, great prices! Can get packed on the weekends but that is normal. Doesn't take a long time to get seats
