For 3 years they have been good friends and advisors for my family to stay comfortably and convenient. We moved to this area in hurry but they worked fast and prepared well to move in. Any time we have an issue with home Mr. James always ready to help. I posted my request in resident portal but urgent things he replied me right away and sent someone in 2 hours. He also became a good communicator between my family and home owner so we felt understood. The reason I gave 'only' 4 starts because the home owner was a bit difficult to understand not often but occasionally. Even at that time Mr. James gave us a good explanation and help. Thank you flarent and Mr. James. Thanks to you we settled down well.

Terrible company, do not rent from this place! They begged us to move out early, and then they refused to give us the remainder of the months rent. Over $1000 they kept, and stated it was our choice to leave. Then they charged us $450 to clean the carpet in one bedroom. Don’t fall for the trap of renting here, these people are horrible.

Great property management company! Very professional and always answers questions in a timely manner. Lee is a great asset to the company as he is always willing address any concerns and is quick to resolve maintenance issues when needed. Extremely satisfied with the service here!

As a renter, and when first moving into the property (2.5 yrs ago), I had a few issues come about. My service requests were handled swiftly and resolved just as quickly. The agent assigned to my case, Lee T.has always been extremely receptive to any of my concerns and always makes sure my maintenance requests are taken care of immediately.:)
