Independent living was fine, as it is picturesque, and someone can live peacefully doing for themselves in a community like so many others. But please do not put your mom or dad in Assisted Living. It is a virtual nightmare. My mom said she just felt like a cash cow while she sat there in pain. I tried daily to get the staff to care for her dietary, physical, and emotional needs. They refused to offer her a gluten free menu - the kitchen wasn't educated as to what that was. She had broken her back in three places, and was Never Treated For That, living in constant pain for the remaining months of her life. No amount of phone calls by me were enough to get her help. She was neglected, and I very deeply regret her last two years of life in that place.

FEBRUARY 20,2022 PRIOR TO THE MOVE TO ASSISTED LIVING WE WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 STARS now only 2 stars. BIG BIG PROBLEMS WITH THE PHONE SYSTEMS IN ASSISTED LIVING. WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH OUR 98yr YOUNG MOTHER FOR WEEKS! WE HAVE EVEN TRIED CALLING THE NURSES STATION BUT ONLY GET RECORDINGS. WE LEAVE MESSAGES BUT NO RESULTS FROM ANYONE AT FLEET LANDING!
We have always loved everything about Fleet Landing for our mother who is now 98 yrs young. If you ask her how she has loved it for the last 20 years, she will say it is a wonderful place to reside. She started out in her gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment overlooking the pool and the water and only recently moved into her Assisted Living Quarters. We were so pleased with all that Fleet Landing had shown to us as we made our decision about moving Mother to Assisted Living. We continued to be pleased about Fleet Landing.until we began trying to reach her by telephone. NOW WE CAN NEVER REACH HER BY PHONE. THE PHONE SYSTEMS ARE NOT WORKING. WITH ALL OF THE $$$ THAT HAS BEEN OUT PAID TO FLEET LANDING (well over a million thus far) THERE IS NO EXCUSE. Each of Mother's 3 children have always been able to call her at least once a week per child and anytime we chose to chat in the past.we all live out of state and are being robbed of the joy of speaking to our precious Mother!

I have lived at Fleet Landing for over 5 years. It is a vibrant and friendly community with lots to do and great services. When you search for a place to spend the rest of your life, make sure you check us out. You will notice activity everywhere from knitting and painting to walking, running and cycling. I can't imagine there would be a better retirement community anywhere. Did I mention that I can walk to the beach?

Best company to work for. Tons of support and great employee benefits! All-around wonderful people, whether it’s the employees or the residents.

Very supportive culture filled with people who genuinely care about positively influencing each senior resident’s life. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here so far.

Truly upscale senior living. I couldn’t be happier for my mom. Knowing she’s living somewhere as nice as Fleet Landing is taking a load off my stress.

We recently had a resident from Atria Park of San Pablo go to Fleet Landing Rehab following a fall, broken wrist and surgery. The care she received while there was phenomenal! She returned to us, not only recovered from her wrist mishap, but she was walking a little taller as well! She didn't just receive the therapy she needed for her wrist, but her posture improved also, due to therapy she received during her time there. We are glad to have her back and thank you, Fleet Landing Rehab, for taking such great care of her!

My mother stayed here in hospice and I was very impressed with the property and compassionate staff.

I can’t give zero stars.
This review is specifically for the rehab center. Most of the CNA staff assigned to my mother’s care seemed disinterested in her needs. They ignored her pleas for assistance to go to the bathroom. This ultimately resulted in a UTI. They ignored my request to have her wound dressing looked at for change. One seemed to intentionally mislead her on the disposition of her belongings.
They seemed to disregard her need for respiratory exercises by placing her spirometer out of her reach.
The CNAs lack communication skills necessary to converse with a concerned family member, leading us to doubt the quality of care being provided. The CNA staff seem surly to visiting family members.
PLEASE VET THIS PLACE BEFORE SEND A LOVED ONE WITH EXTENSIVE CARE NEEDS TO THIS PLACE.
The professional staff and receptionist were pleasant, very professional.

I have lived at Fleet Landing for six years and I have never been so happy. Fleet is a not-for-profit organization, which, given my years-long experience in healthcare was my first criterion in looking for a Continuing Care Retirement Community. I am confident our Governing Board puts our health,
security and happiness first in their decision making, our administration is highly responsive to our needs and very action oriented, and the people who work here are wonderful. There is a “Fleet mentality” and we all work to support it. Living here is a privilege—and a lot of fun.

We love our Continuing Care Retirement Commmunity Independent Living home at Fleet Landing. We looked at 16 others accross the country, but Fleet Landing checked off all our priorities and many more. After a year living here we cant imagine being anywhere else. Its like living at a Resort in the Caribbean. We are very Blessed mind, heart and soul!

Fleet Landing is an INCREDIBLE place to live! I have been here 2 years and coming here was one of the best decisions of my life!
With our present “scary situation” Fleet has gone way beyond what would be expected. I am constantly amazed how every decision has been thought out and implemented in a very timely manner. How this incredible staff has put together a program to deliver meals to 500 independent living seniors is beyond my imagination. And, last night’s dinner was one of the best I have ever eaten and it was delivered to my door!
Thank you to the entire staff here at Fleet Landing!

Fleet Landing is the most amazing place to live. It has a gorgeous 125 acre campus filled with woods and grass open spaces and beautiful living choices. Without a doubt the best place to live in your later years. Come and see for yourself.

I toured this community recently. The grounds are beautiful. The staff were warm and welcoming. And the Residents were super friendly. The most impressive retirement community I have ever been to!
