Be aware of unethical practices! After they reviewed my case with all documents in hand, they raise our original agreement $500 for the extra work and we agreed, I pay them the remaining balance of $1400 so they can finally file my case. Well on January 09 they send me the draft and after I advise them their numbers were wrong and needs correction before filing. Emil sent me an email on January 24 explaining the numbers were wrong and differ from the original numbers I originally provide him, and they will increase $900 and change the course of action and if Im not agreed they can only refund me only $685 out of the $1900 in total. Well my response was I knew my numbers back when I contact them and send him the emails that proof I was right. The following days I contact several attorneys and they advise me his course of action was wrong and increase the price at last moment just when we are ready to file it was very dishonest and unethical. I contact him back to request my funds back since his advise as professional was wrong and not only that The TRUST was broken and how can I put my case and life in someone like him. Well he only wants to refund $685 and keep all the rest of the money. I tried to deal with him and a civil way but Im filing a complaint to consumer affairs and FLORIDA BAR ASSOCIATION. Im more than sure Im not the only one that have been a victim.

I definitely recommend Fleysher law for bankruptcy. I called 8 different attorneys and one who I received a letter from didn't do bankruptcy and I asked my self well why did I get a letter from him. Well, that attorney didn't hesitate to give me Emils number who from jump to ownership of everything and made the process super easy!
