FLHSMV Service Center

This people are extremely unprofessional and rude. I called to ask a question and the lady that answer the phone hung up on me. I called again and no answer.

Service is awful. They don't organize the lines by appointment times and start checking in really late. It's a never-ending line and you don't have a chance to check if your appointment was canceled.
Worst service ever at Miami Central.

FLHSMV customer "support" is horrible. It doesnt exist, there is no support literally. They never pick up the phone. The appointment system online never shows available appointments. Only shows to the future a couple weeks, so we need to refresh and review weekly and for months, no availability opens. No consideration for offering more appointments for weeks or months in advance. No personal support over the phone either for this matter, no solutions. The support and understanding FLHSMV has provided during this last pandemic year has been very, very bad.

I'm tired of trying to communicate with they to get it right I've sent them a FedEx overnight label and they still mail my stuff to a mailbox after they had it for more than two weeks and they said the 1st one mail came back to them it's now April and th this was from ¹st part of march

I've been going to FLHSMV Service Center for almost a year now and absolutely love him! He's kind, funny, extremely talented, and very knowledgeable. It's not that often that I look forward to any kind of doctor appointment, but I actually want to go see Dr. Ben! His staff is also amazing, they make your entire visit flow completely smoothly.just as smooth as your skin will be if you go see FLHSMV Service Center!

For several months trying to make an appointment to renew driver licenses in Miami but it's imposible. Where can do it?

Don't waste your time at the FLHSMV Service Center. Just go here. No lines, no attitudes and super quick and excellent service! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Definitely worth it!

I went to do my driving test today and has such a rude employee. She was not patient at all considering the fact that the tests are now with the use of a phone call on speaker due to covid.she would not talk loud enough for me to understand her and would make rude gestures whenever I asked to please repeat herself.she gave me attitude and rolled her eyes countless times before I can even say good morning. I suggest going to another dmv.

It's not a Government Department, it is a Auto Tag Agency, however I was very well attended.

I called their number and when the woman that picks up the phone answered, she hung up in the middle of me asking her a question. I called back and she was very rude and started cursing at me before hanging up.

I called and the first time a guy hung up on me and the second time a lady picked up and even before i asked the whole question she said no

I can't stand places that don't have a bathroom for it's customers. This is a huge pet peeve of mine. I needed to use one & had to leave. When businesses cause this issue, I locate somewhere else to do business & do not return. Big problems in Miami, no access to bathrooms, and many public restrooms & businesses too filthy to use. I can understand offering for customers only, but not having one available for customers whom have to wait in line is ridiculous.
