Just had my kitchen counters replaced with Quartz. There were a couple of issues along the way but Marie and her crew made it right! I would definitely use them again.

They installed cabinets and a countertop in my retail business. Very professional, good job and a fair price. I will definitely call Rodrigo again for future projects.

Rodrigo and his team show up when they say, do excellent work, and go above and beyond to close out any project. I have used them for over 6 years…time and time again they continue to impress. Fair, reasonable and dependable. What more could you ask? !?

Mr. Rodrigo and his staff, Mr. Jose and others, at Flinstones Cabinetry were outstanding. Very nice and professional. Answered every concern we had. If it's not right, the crew and staff will go above and beyond to make it right. I would recommend Flinstones Cabinetry.

Overall a very poor experience with Flintstones with our quartz kitchen countertops (we did work with them on our builder/contractors recommendation). As others noted it is very difficult to get ahold of them and they have missed multiple appointments - both at their store and our home. Our countertops have the following issues.

1.the overhang of the countertop was off by about a 1/4" in multiple locations (not a big deal in our layout) but it is not correct even though I reminded them on multiple occasions.
2. The location of the seam (selected by them) is a really poor choice. I trusted to their experience in this process and it was a mistake.
3. Our biggest issue is the seam is not properly blended. One of the reasons we selected the quartz was Rodrigo's claim that they get the adhesive color for the seam directly from the quartz manufacturer so the seam is much less visible than with granite. Unfortunately, our seam is very visible and has uneven coloration. Rodrigo has come out to look at it and try and fix to no avail and insists there is nothing else he can do. He has given me multiple different excuses. He did agree to check with the manufacturer on the issue but has not gotten back to me or responded to my follow up emails.
4. We have also found the quartz to not be as durable as represented. It scratched almost immediately and also has a faint circular mark/stain in 1 location. When I pointed this out to Rodrigo his answer was only "I don't know what that is. "

When you do speak with Rodrigo and Marie they are very friendly but the quality of the material and installation is not as expected. I would suggest you choose another vendor.

Haven’t paid for anything yet, but here’s my experience so far:
1. It’s difficult to get ahold of the company. The phone number doesn’t have a voicemail box and most of the time they don’t pick up.
2. I haven’t gotten any email responses for emails I have sent
3. The company does not email you confirmation emails for scheduled services — which brings me to my next point.
4. I schedule an initial room measurement today at 10: 30AM. It’s 11AM and no one has shown up. Every time I call the company they don’t pick up.

Not impressed with the company so far, if they do end up showing up I’m not sure whether or not I will go through with using this company. I’d rather pay a bit more for better communication and for someone who values customers’ time.

**Update**

Just got a call back from the company and they sincerely apologized about the delay — explaining a backup at the warehouse. They also apologized for not calling me in advance to let me know of the delay. Raising it to 4 stars and will update as the service continues

**Update**
I eat my words.

The man who has come to my house is a sincere individual. He is kind and courteous and sincerely apologized about the delay. He heard all of what we wanted to do to update our kitchen and got to work measuring and drawing out a design.
Once we got the invoice in my email box it was just too expensive — about $2,000 above our budget limit. I called him back to explain what we can remove to lower the limit and instead of going along with it, he’s coming up with creative ways to trim down the cost (such as replacing lazy Susan’s with standard cabinets, for example) so we can still keep our original design.

How amazing. This company truly cares and I haven’t paid a penny yet.

We purchased our quartzite from Marie for our master bath remodel. She was so helpful and patient, and we enjoyed working with her very much! They measured quickly, and came to install the stone quickly. However, that’s where everything went wrong. We had some concerns during installation when they used what appeared to be mastic (I’m not 100% sure) to adhere the stone in the shower, as this is not appropriate for wet environments. Also, we saw that the amount of material they used was entirely in adequate for the size of the stone. The caulking under the sink had a bunch of gaps in it which would have caused a leak if we did not go back and fix it the next day. We waited the appropriate amount of time per the stone installer’s instructions to begin tiling the shower. As soon as we stepped on the curb, the entire thing moved and was in no way attached to the shower. We pulled them off to see just how little material was actually supposed to attach the stone to the shower. We reinstalled the stones ourselves with the appropriate type and amount of material. Again, the stones are beautiful and they have excellent customer service but the installation was not done properly and after they had already been in our house two times we ended up fixing it all ourselves.

I had a great experience with my kitchen countertop, the front desk ladies always reached out to me and assisted me with great service. I also loved the environment in the showroom!

I would give them zero stars if I could. I walked in and was ignored. They were all sitting around chatting with each other. After trying to ask for help and being ignored I finally stated as I walked out that nobody seems to want to to sell anything so I will go somewhere else to buy cabinets and countertops. I would pass on this place.
