I never got an email confirmation of my order and waited 2 hours and never received my order.but the charged me. I called after the first hour and they said it was coming out of the oven. Then called a second time and they said all delivery have left the building and hung until! This place has awful customer service I would never order from them!

Order a pizza for carry out, when I got there to pick it up it wasn't quite ready so they offered me a drink while I waited. Only a few minutes and I was out the door, the pizza was very good. Very happy I found this place while on vacation.

Awful experience tonight with our almost $50 order (one pizza and a side of 6 wings and a drink). We waited over an hour for it to be delivered and the pizza was cold, tough to chew, and could tell it had been sitting out for awhile. Barely edible to be honest. On top of that they couldn’t even bring the right drink. We ordered Sierra Mist and got a Pepsi that to be completely honest looked opened. This was extremely disappointing because the reviews looked great. We did order an hour before closing, but this was absolutely horrendous even for a rushed end of night order.

Finally found our go to pizza place! Lived in the area for over 3 years & been looking for a really good pizza! This place is awesome! OMG & the breadsticks! Wowee! Definitely will be back!

Ordered 5 items. They got 1 correct… 1. Add to that the hot items arrived cold. 40 minutes on hold to try and get the right food items, they never answered. I get it was a busy night, but 20% order accuracy isn’t acceptable anywhere. Online order said 55 minutes, it took 2 hours.

Mixed emotions abt the pizza. Sauce needs to get on the same level as the cheese. Wings were tasty.

One of the most delicious pizzas that I’ve had in North America!
We were coming back to our resort from Universal Studios, all hungry and tired. We just searched Online for a pizza place close to our resort and came up with this restaurant. We ordered 2 pizzas for pick up. The gentleman who answered the phone was very patient as I was not familiar with their menus. He also made some nice suggestions. They were ready for pick up on time and we really enjoyed the taste. I had 3 big slices at 10 pm! We ordered again from them for the last few days that we were still in Orlando. 100% recommended.

My girlfriends Hawaiian pizza came with no ham and an excessive amount of cheese was added when not requested. And the pizza was thin crust when we wanted traditional. Very disappointed

Amazing pizza the Quattro formaggio, pig & pesto, bbq chicken couldn’t have asked for any better service. The whole staff was awesome super friendly and helpful. Got the pizzas in quick fashion and again extremely delicious. 100% will be going again.

Ordered 1 16" (Large) bbq chicken pizza with onions for delivery. Absolutely loved the pizza. Great New York style crust and incredible quality ingredients. Delivery was estimated to be 45-55 min and it came in 35. Can't complain.

If I'm being nit picky, toppings were a little bit lacking for the price, but I could've saved myself a buck by getting pick up so as I said, can't complain.

I've never been there before. Friends took me there and it was worth it. The pizza we ordered was a meat lover's pie and it was delicious. My friends brought their dog and the waitress brought out a cup of water and a dish for the dog. She wasn't asked to but she did it anyway. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This is very very good pizza. Not your typical Pizza Hut garbage. It’s handmade and brick oven cooked. 5 stars hands down.

First time at Flippers in a while for us. Lindsay G took care of us tonight and she was the best! Super friendly and made sure we were happy. Pizza was great, as always.

Hope all is well.been trying to place an order over the phone for past 30 min and its busy signal hope everything is ok that has never happened before.just craving the great pizza!

Always great to stop at Flippers. Those folks love what they do. I love what they do too. Hot pizza and cold beer served with a BIG smile. Every time.

They food and service were great! I have previously visited the Flippers in Orlando near the University of Central Florida and I was not happy with the service at that location. I almost gave up on Flippers. I decided to give them one more chance by going to a different location and boy was I glad I did! The food was as good as always. Our server was very attentive and super friendly. I highly would recommend that you visit this location. You will be happy you did.

Always empty when we go & not sure why. The restaurant was very clean & the staff was very friendly and attentive. We got two medium pizzas, two salads, breadsticks, and a few beers for a really decent price. They have salad, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, calzones. A few beers and also wine. The pizza is super great, lots of options, very tasty. Would recommend.

This is the only place I will buy pizza. I come at lest once a week and the ladies always remember me and the manager will alway thank me for stopping by. Thier pizza tastes so good and the few times I have ever had issues, it is taken care of professional and immediately. We live right on i drive and at times when visitors ask us for a good pizza spot, we always send them to Flippers.

Best pizza in Orlando, no contest. And, do not forget to order the Toscana Cheese Bread - it's absolutely incredible!

Looking for a place to eat in Orlando, came across this gem. No wait on a Friday night. Ordered plain cheese pizza for kids and I, bread sticks and a side caesar salad. Everything was tasty, kids were very happy. Not to expensive, food came hot and delicious.
