I live right above the Sodo Flippers location at the Lofts and order all the time. For the last few months the pizza has been mediocre. Today we ordered for the very last time! We ordered a veggie & a chicken spinach pizza. BOTH pizzas were burnt! The veggie pizza tasted ok but the chicken/spinach pizza was dry, no flavor & did I mention burnt! Flippers never disappointed me a year ago when I first moved here but now? Its been a constant disappointment. The last time I ordered a pepperoni pizza a few weeks ago & it was burnt too. I usually order the Deluxe lately has not been as good as it used to be. Idk if there’s been a change in staff since the pandemic but it shows.

Great deals. With authentic handmade pizzas. My favorite is the lunch special. Super big win. The my pie cheese starts at 7.29 and it includes a beverage. Where you can also build your own.

I have been ordering from here for years now. Mostly pizza and pasta. Today I tried a calzone. My tastes are fickle, from anchovies to Asiago. Perfect. And the portion is amazing. Yum. The marinara dipping sauce is literally the “icing on the cake”. I could have tried other places, but why sway from perfection?

This location at 80 W. Grant St. Orlando, FL is the WORST location I have ever experiences. I've tried multiple times to give them our business and it's a lost cause. They get the order wrong, or take my order and call me back 5 minutes later to tell me there is a mistake in their truck and they's run out the ingredients. What type of a horrible food institution runs out of main ingredients?
Above all, when you want to sit in an area like sodo and take your fiends out to eat, the last thing you should have to experience are employees who are unprofessional and use inappropriate language in front of my 8 and 10 year old. I'm appalled by the this location.

I am a business owner myself. I hope to bring this the owner or corporate office's attention so they can take the necessary actions to make this a better location for customer who enjoy this brand.

Food it’s been troubles two time in the past I have to call the manger and explain to him how bad the food are I been going there for years very disappointed with the quality now.

First off, I'm a PizzaExpert and did a video review on this pizza.

Second, the cheese is dull and the sauce has spotty coverage. Just didn't have a lot going on. I doubt they make their stuff from scratch like advertised.

A large group of us showed up on Saturday night. The two waiters (I believe they were Joey and Taylor) were efficient, quick, super pleasant and very organized. Some of us had single checks, others shared but not one check was incorrect. They were hands down the best waiter/waitress that I have had in a long time. And, the food was fabulous! I will be back.

This place is terrible! One day they will deliver to your house the next they won’t! Funny they won’t deliver in our mostly minority neighborhood. Will be calling corporate today to inform them how the manager Ryan is running this place!

Best flipperPizzeria came with my wife n our waiter Brittany M. Treated us very professional. Always making sure everything was ok. Love the service n place I would recommend n I will keep coming.

We got a $10 off coupon for $25 spent and decided to try it. After getting there, beer doesn’t count towards the coupon so we had to order an extra appetizer and a large side salad to get to $25. Pizza was really good. The downfall was the $5.25 each beer that we had bringing the bill to around $60 (and didn’t count towards the $25 to use the coupon). Too pricey for us for one pizza. It was good but we won’t be back.

Wait staff was really, really nice. However, the pizza is terrible. With so many pizza places out there nothing sets this one apart, and their pizza is like going to Cici's for 5$ hot and ready. We definitely wont be back!

I love coming here the food is amazing and the young lady with all the character tattoos is always our server I feel terrible for not remembering her name cause she remembers us heck we talk about my job at Lowe's all the time. But anyways she is super cool and makes us feel like we are family. We will be back for the cheesy bread and buffalo chicken pizza it's epic.

Great Experience here At Flippers in the Sodo! Got here not too long before closing manager Luke got my order going right away. Tayler the waitress was very welcoming to me and my family!
