30They allow kids to walk around without masks all the staff have their noses out. The guy at the register has his mask on his chin he’s the one making the food for kids.
Customer service is terrible, disorganized, place is unclean. Their manager is unqualified, and not present. The assigned manager is 3 hours away and cannot take care of the matter at hand. Their wasn’t enough space for the camp that we booked for and kids had to sit on the floor. Overall a disappointing experience and our summer camp will never come back again.
Excellent staff! This is a fun, safe place for all ages. There is a safe infant/toddler section. A variety of things to do for everyone! Kids can easily play for hours with getting sick of the activities.
This place is very very very dirty! My kid had fun but I would not eat there! Ever! Needs to be cleaned!
I was their for my gg-bby 1st birthday it was kid friendly and I like that.the food was ok but I thought the food was a lil pricey for the quality the Pizza wasn't so good over it's a nice place for the kid's
Its just ok, pretty old. The area for small kids is tiny and with few toys, but the party area looked nice. I dont love the way its set up, makes it hard to watch the kid although it isn't that big, but the price is decent
Great place, nice selection of entertainment for the kids. Clean, well maintained. Good presence of employees throughout making sure things are smooth. Loved it.
My son is 2 years old and absolutely loves this place. It's a very clean and well-staffed. It's only gotten better as they make improvements to the arcade and cafeteria area. A great place to bring the family especially when it's not great weather outside.
Always a fun place to bring the kids. My 3 year old is at the age where he can run wild without any help. Crawling threw the tunnels was getting hard for a 6', 230 lb dad!
They charge to much money than you don't really get nothing for the money I have to bring my own decorations because the stuff they used was make the room dead because they us them to many time not again
Super cute idea for S. Florida's weather and birthday parties. Wings and mozzarella sticks were my favs. Good job Flippos!
My kids had so much fun here.the staff were all super good, but the food was horrible. They didnt have much of anything, the fries were old, the sandwiches were really small for $9.00, it just wasn't worth it!
Cool place, you can interact with your kids, don't have to just watch. -2 Star for the cockroach.
They are mostly cash only with a $10 minimum for card. They'll put remainders on gift cards to make a $10 charge but it just starts a maddening cycle of gift cards reducing prices and not having the right cash. The facilities are cute and in my experience not crowded, but I feel they need to join the 21st century in terms of payment)
Decent place for little ones. Have had couple get togethers for daughter here no complaints. Except my wife witnessed altercation between parents requiring police to be dispatched once. May not be greatest crowd.
Place feels dirty and hot. A very small pizza slice, Capri sun and a small cookie is $9! Advertised as being on special, originally $11 lol! Overpriced. Toddler area is very small and not worth paying for a 1 year old.
My daughter absolutely loves this place. We get the unlimited pass and every day we go we can't leave until it closes. The staff is very friendly and when the entire place was empty one of then played with my daughter for a few minutes because she was sad no one was there.
The good was good but they keep changing you for every little thing but it was a nice party my baby enjoy it but you don't really get nothing for your money first time and that would be the last time too they make me spend to much money
Our 15 month and 2.5 year old enjoyed it, and it was a good workout for us as well. My knees may never be the same, but we had a good time. Food was what you'd expect for the over price you'd expect.
