Professional service busy with their own discussion. Rude. AI better. The staff moving the objects at least try. English is not proficient so they do not comprehend my question. Spanish is better response on general question.

I started my search for flooring at Lowe's where I found a limited selection and highly over priced LVP. Continuing my search at Floor and Decor, I was greeted by Jon who took the time to walk me through his wide selection of LVP and helped me find the perfect floor for my home. He offered to load the product, escorted me to the register with no waiting and helped at checkout! 5 Star customer service from start to finish! Thank You Jon

Rude cashier Ericka dropped my things on the floor from my cart at checkout at told me to pick them up. Terrible customer service. Told supposed manager David Beta and he could care less.

Great store with lots of options to choose from. Decent prices from high to low. They also have a contractor in house that can give you an estimate at your project. Unfortunately they came, measured everything but they never send us any estimates even though we are still waiting…

Floor and decor generally has good customer service except when you go to the location in fort Lauderdale on West sunrise there's three overweight black women at the back pro desk that are absolutely horrible they are extremely lazy extremely rude and have the worst customer service I've had better service at a tow yard. The three of them are almost a running joke among local area contractors for how horrible they are to deal with and how incompetent they are for getting orders put together. A lot of people are hoping and praying that management will do something. Because you go to the other end of the store and the store manager David is an outstanding employee terrific customer service always takes care of contractors always meets people's needs I don't know what the disconnect that specific three employees and back desk is but it's horrible to deal with.

The store is very large but has to be to accommodate the vast selection of tile and floor covering. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

It's okay. Get what you need abs more just in case because of you go back for more you might be out of luck. Prices aren't too bad though

Shay did an amazing job helping us find what we needed! We came in looking for a specific product which the website said they had 3 of but we weren’t able to find it initially. Shay and her coworkers took pallets down off shelves, opened them up and spent as long as needed to get the exact product we were looking for. Seriously above and beyond! We’ll definitely be back in the future! Thanks again Shay!

It was a lot of work to install but in the end it came out beautiful! Will definitely go back for future tiling projects.

Very nice location and pretty quiet. Staff are available to help. The only issue is that they don't carry as many items as Doral or Miami gardens

Floor and Decor is horrible, I have been there three times and placed three orders after they confirmed they have the tiles and quantity I needed only to cancel and tell me they don’t have it after having me wait a week and then cancel each time. Now my project is delayed, I don’t have a clear answer and I am definitely taking my business elsewhere. Had all designers, because every time I go it’s someone else, assist me in designing and ordering the order, got the confirmation the tile is on the way, only to get a phone call the next morning that it’s been cancelled. I have been on hold for over an hour trying to get through to a manager but won’t be connected. I’ve gone in person and their customer service is the worst.

Had an awful experience of trying to get tile. After waiting around the store all day calling different locations to see if the tile I wanted was in stock. I finally found a tile that said it was.come to find out the date of delivery the tile is nowhere to be found. Putting my home renovation project back by weeks. If you were doing a renovation under any time constraint shop somewhere else. The staff and management have no sense of urgency or care for the customers.

Went for the first time ready to purchase tiles and redo my home. The employees don’t seem to acknowledge younger homeowners at this location and therefore have lost a customer. They were not short staffed at the time and many were near the cash registers chatting.

Our company has a Pro account, we have been purchasing products and materials for our projects over 5 years and we usually were very happy with the quality of products and service. Unfortunately, over a month ago, we had a situation with a product in one of our projects, we purchased an expensive tile for a master shower and after the installation some of the pieces changed its color, it is noticeable and we are very careful with our work, we understand this kind of situations can happen and what it is important is to give a solution ASAP in order for our clients to be pleased with the outcome. I wrote several emails over a month ago, I spoke with the store manager and I sent all the info and photos they asked us, they said they would evaluate the situation and try to give a solution ASAP, I have been calling to the store for weeks asking for a response and until today they cannot at least tell me if it is possible or not to get the tiles we need for the reparation and explain us their reasons. It is really frustrating, our client is desperate and we will need to give a solution ourselves in order to don’t lose a good customer. I really hope you could put more attention to attend these kind of situations in the future.

Tyler goes over and beyond to assist customers he is a great asset to your team. He is very pleasant, patient great listener and always ready to assist. I give him 5 stars

If I could give 0 starts I would. DO NOT go to this location. Nickolas was extremely rude to me over the phone and ensured that the store had the tile I needed. After driving 30 minutes to the store I was then informed that the tile was not available. After demanding to speak to a manager and voicing my concerns while also requesting a waved delivery fee for the inconvenience their team “all of a sudden” found the tile that I needed. Terrible customer service is an understatement! Do not go to this location, they do not respect their customers time and quite frankly they don’t even care. I have yet to receive an apology from management. For the amount of money I’ve spent with this establishment I am disgusted by the lack of regard from their staff. David and the white manager with curly hair are incompetent.

The service in store was great. Liz worked closely with us till we chose what we wanted and helped us even after with delivery, etc.
I gave 3 stars because of the customer service support I got over the phone. It was terrible. The calls dropped constantly, I was put on hold and no one picked up, I was transferred to another phone and did not even get an option to leave a voice message. Once I got a response: ” we’re very busy”…
They really need to raise the bar for customer service over the phone.

My fiancé and I went to Floor and Decor to purchase several items to renovate our bathroom. Shay was a tremendous help! We couldn’t have done it without her help. She was very patient, took her time, and made amazing recommendations. You can tell she really enjoys her job and it made our experience even better.
