Everyone at this store strives to deliver great customer service. I've been here 4 times for the same project and never experienced anything less.

During the last week, my husband and i visited Floor and Decor Stores in Brandon, Orlando and Lakeland and the store located in Lakeland was a very bad experience (3 times we went, 3 times the same). There were a group of employees standing in the entrance (cash area, a side of the entrance door) and everyone ignored us. After 20min inside i had to go back to cash area and ask for assistance. The guy who came after a minute with us he then decided to call Tyrek and immediately disappeared. After that, Tyrek was super helpful and diligent! This store really need better management… We spent 4500dol

Always a pleasure in this store. I can't remember the young gentleman's name that helped us, but he was very friendly and we had excellent service.

This is my second time coming to store, I’m very impressed with the way the store look and the cleanliness. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend my friend and family to that location.

Every time we visit the store, we always ask for Tay! He is always so helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store. He is always willing to help and is so polite and respectful. It’s a joy to go to the store and see him there because we know we will always walk out with exactly what we need and if it isn’t in the store, he will order it or find it for us and still be there to help with any assistance needed even if we have to go pick it up at a different store. What a joy this young man is! Thank you Tay for always being awesome! My husband and I appreciate you!

Staff was helpful but told me in a somewhat nice way that I'd be SOL trying to find some replacement tile for a 50 year old wire cut paver restoration project.

They deferred me to "downtown tile" (Dal-Tile) but that was a no go, too.

Shopped at the Lakeland Floor & Decor, Tay Black and Adilson Lopes gave me the best of the best service ever, I could not be any happier walking out of the store as a completely satisfied customer.thank you both for assisting me with my purchases.to all who need help with Tiles, backsplash, grout, etc.reach out to Tay or Adilson at Floor & Decor at Lakeland

Great store, ton of options for flooring materials, the staff was helpful and very friendly.

The shopping experience was excellent but the woman running the forklift when we picked up our order was rude and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing.

Tay is very customer oriented honestly the best customer service I have ever had! I visited the store yesterday & He went out of his way to design my kitchen AND bathroom of which I have been struggling with finding a vision; I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him for future projects for myself and others in my community. This man deserves a raise!

Michelle and Faisal were extremely helpful, we had a problem with our bathroom project and they fixed it for us in no time and were very friendly

The representative "Tay" was phenomenal. What a delight to arrive so indecisive and to have such an outstanding customer service. Tay is patient, knowledgeable and very hard working. Please consider him for your next leadership position. Excellent employee!

We definitely recommend this store this location and ask for Robin; if you are looking for a very patient, helpful and sweet employee. We were so indecisive and had her walking back and forth, but she did not rush us. She was very helpful, hard worker and very sweet. Robin was amazing!

Just discovered this place recently. Its awesome how helpful most of the employees are. We are redoing a room in our home and found amazing items for great prices. Ordering online is a breeze and returns are done by looking up your phone number so you don't need to keep hold of your receipts.

Provided amazing support and helped my wife and I pick out the correct products and grout to finish our home project. These guys are awesome if you ever need assistance or have questions for your tiling and or home remotely needs a highly suggest speaking with the gentleman. Thank you Jeremy and Fred. Update: After posting my review, I was contacted by some Floor & Decor “Care to Share” social media customer service. I was requested to send my review and information even though there was no name attached to the email. I sent everything along with receipts in the hopes someone would do something. I was told someone would be contacting me from my store and that the person who wrote that email would be following up (even though I had no idea who wrote the email). I received an email today saying that the customer service person who emailed me was very happy that I received $8.01 refund of and item that was another wrong item sold to me and that should I need anything further, blah, blah, blah. Honestly, another waste of my time and my bad, as I should have known dealing with this store or its employees would be a total waste of time as proved to be. They never addressed the problem. Took another star away due to wasting my time. Shop there only if you know exactly what you need, and don’t have to bother with their employees.

Original review: If you don’t have full knowledge if the project you are doing along with everything you need, then do not ask the staff at this store because they do not know. We had our bathroom remodeled in 2017 with tile, and picked up all of the products we need per the contractor. We asked for sealed grout. We apparently didn’t know at the time that the Mei Pei grout they sold was not sealed and their sales people told us it was. Move forward 2 years and my grout turned black from mold. The contractor looked at it and said that the grout was not sealed and would have to be removed and replaced. Cost me an additional $500 to replace the grout with a sealed silicone. Oh and we went back to the store to get the silicone and the contractor spoke to the sales person to tell him exactly what we needed. Yet again, sales person sold us the wrong item. Management takes no responsibility. Better off going to Lowes or Home Depot! I gave 3 stars because they do have beautiful tile.

We received really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly assistance today from Tay, who helped us to find exactly the products we were looking for from the fabulous selection of beautiful products available in your store. My husband is terrified now that our bathroom refresh might become a complete home renovation
