As a Disabled Veteran I find life challenging after suffering a Traumatic Brain Injury… so I have to trust people for their word and in this case I did. We were told when we signed papers that it would be 2-3 weeks. It has been more than a month and still nothing! We called to ask why and the manager told me that she made a mistake and then was off for a week. They are not willing to rush the delivery, they are not even apologetic. If you want someone that you can count on who will deliver on their word, this is not the company you want. Also, WHAT KINDA OF PEOPLE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A DISABLED VETERAN? What happened to my word is my bond. No one has any morals anymore. I strongly encourage you to go somewhere where they care about people.

Below are the still unfinished cabinets that we have been waiting on for a long time. Their staff starting with the owner will not step up and finish the job and even has taken to having his attorney call me and threaten me. This will be fixed but it appears not on the companies honor.

Best experience ever, Shane our installer, he and his crew worked all weekend to get the job done before the movers arrived. Beautiful job, clean and we couldn't be happier. Scotty our Salesman was great as well, had the flooring and got installed the day we closed. 5

My sister was in the hospital had to have one of her legs amputated while she was in the hospital we had Shane who works for the floor outlet come out put new laminated floor and throughout the house when my sister came home the floor and started lifting up buckling so we had Shane and Scotty come out look at it there's a whole bunch of back and forth then they said it was the floor in itself so they have to have a floor inspector come out to look at it this has been months now and no one's come out worried about my sister falling the floor is coming up not a good way to do business and don't don't rely on them especially if you're handicap and have disabilities going to see about getting a lawyer now

From start to finish these guys have been so accommodating to us! The customer service has been everything I expect and more. Scottie went Above and beyond to make sure we picked floors that met our families needs and that we loved. I couldn’t make it there before my clinic closed and he stayed late to be able to show me what our options were. He offered a fair price and set me up for installation and he has been with me every step of the way! My installers Louie and Ross have been great! They are responsible, respectful and hardworking. Their work has been exceptional and my floors look amazing as a result! They were polite with my children and puppies too. I will definitely have them in my home again to do work because I know the job will be done right and well done! Thank you Floor and Factory Outlet for a great experience

My husband and I are in the process of remodeling our home and were having a hard time agreeing on flooring. After studying on the internet and visiting several stores we decided to hop into Floor Factory Outlet. It did not take long for Scot and Mike to help us agree on beautiful flooring. On top of that, Scot gave us a great deal which is great because we're not done with flooring yet so we'll definitely return for more. Thanks guys! You're the best!

I had a great experience here with Jim and Scotty! Had been shopping for carpet at numerous stores and could hardly get any service, here they were very helpful and kind! In addition they hooked me up with Chris to do the installation and he was more than awesome! Went above and beyond to get my installation done quickly and professionally! Would highly recommend!

My shopping at Floor Factory and having Scotty Yocum as Salesperson was a very satisfying experience. Scotty was very professional and personable. He did accurate calculations on the Floor Tile required for our new home and had them delivered in a very timely manner. Scotty directed me to the exact flooring I needed, advised me on getting a little extra - just in case - and then was patient for my guy to pick it up.assuring it would be there ready to load. My husband and I visited this store to look for new flooring. Scotty was awesome. We went to another store later to shop and left appalled at the service. Came straight back here and purchased flooring for our whole house. Could not be happier with the quality of the floors and the quality of customer service offered. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting new floors.

They were wonderful the minute I walked in. Had Flooring in my bedroom, the old ripped up and new put in immediately, cleaned up, and looks beautiful! I did a lot of comparisons…. They WON by a lot! Empire was a strong arm, and the salesperson was so abrupt when we refused.

I love the customer service here, Scott is very helpful! I came in today to buy a particular vinyl plank. I have been eying this for some time now. They did not have it on the floor, but he was able to order it online for me. What I liked was that he did not push me into to buying something else like a lot of sales rep would.
