7 Been searching for LVP materials at a few Flooring places, found out Floor Mart near by, and Jeff had kindly assisted me to choose one of their products, and gave me a competitive price and luckily they have the material in stock. And Nick the owner who gone for extra mile to delivery my order to my home same day.
Beforehand, I did see some negative reviews and read carefully their responses that I believed their explains. So I decided to come in to check them out.
My contractor came next day to install and told me the floor materials which are easy to snap in.
Now our 4 bedrooms have a beautiful floor.
It was so pleasure and easy to do business with.strongly recommend.
We needed carpet after hurricane Ian and did a lot of shopping around. Dave was by far the best salesman we dealt with and we cannot say enough about our installer Tony. Dave spent a lot of time with us and went over and above to get us a great carpet/padding at a great price. Tony is a MASTER carpet installer and we will never go anywhere else. Thank you Dave and Tony!
Very pleased with the flooring I purchased from Floor Mart. Good quality great install and was finished in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend Floor Mart for quality, value, and service. Nick and Jeff were great to work with.
My experience was mixed. That is, at first I felt good about the process, however, Jeff, a salesman added $390 to the invoice for services that were either not performed or procured. I had to repeatedly request to be credited the $390 from Jeff, the salesman. I am very unhappy that I was charged $195 for extra labor, the carpet installer, Tony, who was great by the way, helped me move 3 pieces of furniture, for maybe a total of 5 minutes; moreover, I helped Tony move carpet and padding that took 10 - 15 minutes of my time, and I didn't think anything of it at the time, and I was also charged $195 for extra labor for 'Prep/Strip. ' there was no prep/strip labor, I had everything clean out, and I also cleaned up after Tony, on my own accord, just to help out. Interestingly enough, as soon as Jeff received my credit card info over the phone, and I started to ask about the invoice, the phone went dead? Be careful.
Ask for the carpet to be stretched as they had done previously on there projects they had done for me. This particular project the installer said he didn't have the tool to do it and the company won't fix what I requested and the salesman refused to give me the owners contact information so I could speak with him directly. If I could had given a zero I would. The business has changed in the last year I used them.

1. I never got same day service nor asked for it. Your salesman had Thursday or Friday available so I chose Thursday when I picked out the carpet on Monday.
2. The fact that your company stretched my last mobile home with the claw that removed wrinkles shoes me you don't know much about the business you run.
3. So you think air pockets and wrinkles around my closet door is satisfactory work? I'll post the video if I can. I did attached to the complaint I filed with Florida
I’m not sure what the reasoning is but we paid $6300.00 upfront to do a entryway and one room and it’s left looking like this from all the way back in November and right now it’s January going into February.and no communication whatsoever or plan of action It doesn’t matter what the reasoning is it’s unacceptable
we’re Already destroyed from the hurricane we want things to be back to normal “FINALLY” I don’t care what the reason is come fix it. You guys came to scope the work before you came and Accepted the job if it could NOT be done right we should not.repeat again we should not have accepted the job this makes no sense.from literally November and It’s still sitting like this is soon as I enter my house
Please don’t give me an excuses Or even try to justify this at alllll it’s just gonna make it worse come fix it and I’ll delete the review. Whoever is reading this if this was your house and this was done months ago and you paid that much money for a room and an entryway you would be very upset
