No one knows about this place. This is the premier tile shop in Orlando. They are currently expanding their offerings to kitchen and bathroom products

I had a very positive experience with them. Understanding the current environment where everything takes forever they were able to find a beautiful stone and bring to me exactly as promised. We consumers have to understand the current market situation and very few companies are able to keep a large stock. Therefore the stone came from Tennessee and shipping is clients responsibility. I checked at other places and it’s the same policy unless the stone is in stock. I am very satisfied with them and will definitely come back and recommend to anyone who needs flooring and natural stones. THANK YOU!

Not a lot of variety, high end imported porcelain and ceramic tiles. Must visit this place.

Honestly no one should come here customer service skills are disgraceful, store management was given a little power so walks around like he's a big shot talks super fast but we couldn't understand nothing, is not business savy at all I'm surprised there still operating

I went to buy tiles, horrible experience the girl at the front desk was rude to me when I was simply asking to see a product. They only speak Spanish in there for the most part which is cool but when different clients come and are greeted because they do speak Spanish and they’re taken care of before you. Made me feel a bit out of place. I will not be going back there I will definitely find a new tile place.

The best place to choose materials for remodeling to your liking. The best quality and the best price. They are not the cheapest but they are the best quality. Immense and spectacular showroom.

Horrible customer service! Me and my husband were in the store for a whole hour and not one soul came to help us. Everytime we had a question we had to go to the desk only for the attendants to point at tile vs.actually get up and help us. Again, worst service I’ve ever experienced. The unfortunate part is we were ready to purchase today however we did not receive the service we expected.

Update to finished kitchen - Our experience with Floors and Tiles has been extremely positive. We are very pleased with the final products – we purchased floor tiles and custom cabinets and both are high quality and represent good value as well. Any remodeling project is stressful, but Floors and Tiles worked with us to adapt with some shifting deadlines and designs. Maria, our designer, was extremely personable and available to us whenever we needed. We felt she had a real, vested interest in the project. Our installer, Marcos, took great care and time to get things set in place precisely. We also appreciated Maria recommending ColStone Surface Designs for our countertop. Both companies helped us create the kitchen of our dreams.

I bought tiles and grout from here but the entire pick up process was cumbersome. They had no communication from front desk to backside pick up area. We kept waiting for 30-40 mins before they realized they had to pass on our ticket from payment to delivery. After that long wait when the guy came to deliver, he said there is no refund or exchange for broken tiles and hence we should check each tile in the palette. So the entire process took more than an hour. They don’t accept online or phone payments so you really have to keep going through broken process patiently.

This is a great place to look for Flooring or tiles for your home, they come at great prices and customer service is excellent.

This best company are in orlando are diferent sizes porcelain but the reference its big sizes and service very diferent the other companies! Final good prices

We remodeled our kitchen cabinets and the experience was very pleasant. It is worth mentioning that not everyone reaches the level of demand of my wife and you guys made it. Big shoutout to Maria who managed to create a design of the cabinets to our liking. Also Marcos the installer who is very focused on details and cleaning. They were both very professional. Thank you for all the attention and for an excellent job.
