TERRIBLE pizza - even the pieces that were not burnt. 2nd order (cuz wanted to give them a fair try) the pizza was MORE BURNT. Person who took complaint call was child who could not think or resolve issue.

Love this place the food is amazing and your New York style is really good. But there white pizza is my favorite. I was just in there the other day and that girl was horrendous she had no idea what she was doing. My pizza was missing half the center it was no dough she had no idea how to make a pizza it was gross. Plenty of vegetables but just no dough and sauce. The guy that works here he does in awesome job always makes my pizza it's really good I always get a vegetarian it's still the best pizza in town but those females are working here are useless.

Ordered online on a Saturday, order confirmed with pickup time around 5: 50pm. Get there and the door is locked with 2 people inside saying they are closed, they never got an order online. This was going to be a first ever order but turned into a last order

We came to this place without planning, without a previous recommendation, on a Friday night when they were about to close. The owner welcomed us and prepared a fresh hot new pizza just for us, provided excellent service, the pizza is authentic NY pizza, really good. (Even for me that got used to Chicago style pizza) lol
We were never rushed, they gave us a little card to earn a free pizza and made us feel welcome to come back again when we're in the area.

Absolutely lovely place yummy pizza the girls that work there are so sweet took care of me and the food was to die for

Applying one bite review criteria this pizza is all flop, no crunch, almost soggy, cheese wasn’t fully melted. Undercarriage was good. Sauce had good flavor. For claiming to be ny pizza there is a long ways to go. 5.1. You can eat it, but overall a lot to be desired.

I order for this place way back and remember thinking it just needed more sauce. So I thought I would give this place a try again as it seemed to have really good reviews however this fortunately has not been my experience with this place. After ordering my pizza come in here I paid for it I opened the box and more than half the pizza was completely black and burnt. Lady behind the desk as well it just didn't get rotated in the oven I said it's black it's burnt. Underneath the crust and half the pizza was completely burnt. So I asked her could she make one that was not burnt. She did gladly make a new one. So now I wait for a new pizza. Did receive a new pizza and it now was under cooked. Cheese was not even melted. I don't think if a customer says hey look at the pizza it's burnt they should have offered to remake it without me having to ask.will not be back. First burnt then under cooked. Not a place I would recommend.

When we walked in there were dirty plates with burnt pizza crust. 1 worker who wouldn’t come out the back when she did she informed me there was no pizza dough to make pizza… from the look of the burnt crust on the table that may have been a good thing. We ordered wings and meatball sandwich. The meatballs were dry. Nothing was good about our experience. Employee was filthy.

I paid $30 almost for a pizza only for it to be bunt and I had asked for pepperoni and sausage and there were three pieces of sausage. I then tried to call and complain for over two hours nonstop and phone rang busy.

Great place, good vibes, great owners that care about what their customers and pizza truly tastes like from NYC. I highly recommend this place

Very low quality and definitely not "NY style". You should be ashamed of yourself charging people $23 for a large cheese pizza that is absolute garbage!

First time trying their pizza.we stopped by ordered and waited, we got a large pizza, calzone, garlic knots.got the food and drove home, opened food when we got home and everything I mean everything we ordered was burnt.most was so burnt we couldn't eat it we spent close to $50 on burnt foods.very disappointed that they would knowingly box it up and give to us.all they had to do was tell us and remake our food.we would of waited no problem.sadly we won't be going back

We have new owners establishment very friendly place to eat. Very good pizza. Everything's homemade 10 out 10 must try

First time here even though they have been here for 8 years (recently under new management). I got the lunch special of 2 slices with one topping (sausage) and a drink. The pizza was decent. The service was good and friendly.

Will have to come back to get some other items on the menu for a detailed review.

Went for date Night dinner & it was soooo unbelievably good! Their dough is made from scratch & their sauce - everything was so fresh & made to order. We had garlic knots, a pepperoni calzone & cheese pizza w pepperoni the crust and everything was sooo good. The garlic knots were to die for they come with a bowl of sauce, their calzone was fresh and great, and was the perfect size (not too big, and not small).

Sam was so nice & the pizza guy was nice and cared about his food (kept checking to make sure it was good) which we appreciate (being were servers Lol) thanks Sam:)

Oh man! Something happened! Used to be one of my go to spots since I live nearby. Can’t really believe I was given this pizza. Apparently new owners took over a month ago from what the only employee there told me. Sounded like he was having a bad night with ac going out and oven acting up but the pizza was square-ish and cooked on one side more then the other (quite obvious) everything just kind of sucked. So two pizzas, antipasta salad and garlic bread at almost $70! Probably not going back.

Came in for lunch special, it was good, will return when I come back through the area for work.
