Is terrible. I have two months trying to contact the accountant department to update the situation on my account in reference to my assessment payment and no body answered. I don't on't recommend this Management Company. The worst service

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Florida Advance Properties.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare.
I have diligently attempted to secure approval for new tenants through Florida Advance Properties for several weeks. To my dismay, I discovered that the process was abruptly stopped due to an alleged debt on my part. This so-called debt, which contradicts my accounting records, should have been communicated formally. After days of follow-up, the company assured me they would call me back with an explanation. These promises were empty, as I have yet to receive any communication and continue waiting.
The unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and overall negligence demonstrated by this company are frustrating and unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and seek services elsewhere.

I have only good things to say about Florida Advanced Properties, my company Extra Mortgage and I had an excellent experience, we worked with Sarah, Heizel and the manager Janet and all three of them were incredible and very efficient. They helped us multiple times, the communication and assistance were always fast.
Keep up the good work!

This is the most horrible business I have ever had to deal with. They don't answer phone calls, and when you leave a message with the machine, they do not call you back, just what exactly is this home owner association doing to earn their money? Bad business practices.

Usually working with an HOA can be stressful and difficult but this Florida Advanced Property in particular is very easy to work, they know what they are doing, you can feel since the moment you make the application. They are clear, especially Sarah Aparicio who is the person in charge to get the application and explain every step carefully.

This place is lousy, and the ones who make it lousy are its workers Sara Aparicio and the administration of the place AIDA ROJO who does not confront people who request it to raise a problem that worries them and AIDA ROJO believes that they have the right to treat people like garbage just because they have a little power over the property that they do not pay, on the contrary they are paid, they have a salary and the salary they receive because we pay them does not correspond to the service they provide, they should reorganize the administration of this.place of respectful people who treat others with the same respect that they would like to be treated SARA APARICIÓN and AiDA ROJO should not be working in this place. No se merecen ni una estrella.we are going to have to be all federal officers, so that heizeel and the others treat people with a minimum of respect

Horrible experience! I have been trying to reach them over a month now. Called, sent emails, left messages, and nothing! No one has gotten back to me, no one has answered any of my phone calls or my emails. As someone mentioned before, they changed their system and I have questions regarding it. No one to speak to! Very frustrated with this company! I would give them zero stars, if I could!

This is the worst Association I have ever experienced in my life on top of the fact that they never answer the phone they never returned any emails the new system that they switched over to is completely and totally incompetent we definitely need to switch Association companies I will be bringing it up in the next meeting.

Florida Advance Properties is the worst Home Owners Association I have personally dealt with. It is extremely difficult to resolve any issues when they do not answer phone calls or e-mails. Also, they have a new software for HOA payments, which requires an additional transaction fee in spite of several of their communications reassuring that it would be free as it was in the prior software. Florida Advance Properties should eat the cost for being so incompetent at EVERYTHING!

I am giving 5 stars to Jasmine Arroyo, she is the ONLY person who promptly answers calls, emails and is very kind. On the other hand, accounting never answers the phone, voicemail or emails, and neither does the property manager of my community. Without it, I think that many users would be totally furious and lost because the attention in general is very bad for the unit owners in the communities they manage.

If I could give this WRETCHED company zero stars I would. Their gates were always broken, so we just gave them money for nothing. When we were selling, we needed a master code for one company to show our house, and that was like asking for a face to face interview with JESUS. Fast-forward to us finding a buyer: They told us WE had to pressure wash our roof, only to have us learn that we only had to it they buyers required it. They didn’t. $450 down the toilet. They delayed our CASH closing SO long, that our new house purchase was also delayed, and we now owe an extra 4k in closing. These people are RUDE, UNHELPFUL, and completely INCOMPETENT. They do not care about anyone. Absolutely hot garbage of a company. HOT GARBAGE. They’ll be extremely lucky if I don’t open a lawsuit.

I’d give zero stars if I could for the incompetent people that work at this office. Takes forever to get any simple little thing done with them. They’re horrible, idk what they do there all day because nothing ever gets done with them.

I have call this Office so many times for the past 4 months and not once they had answer the phone. I don't know what else to do to reach them. Accounts Receivables option #3 has a long voicemail from someone that never returns calls, Option #4 General Questions goes to voicemail immediately. Any Ideas?

Never available to respond to calls or concerned, this is the 2nd Month in the year and yet to receive our receipt book to pay our fees. I’m still trying what am I paying HOA fees for what service.

Do you and your loved ones enjoy getting booted? Do you enjoy swerving in and out of lanes to avoid potholes? Do you enjoy waiting days for email responses only to be told “the board is reviewing your case”? Look no further than the worst property management company I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have been living in my community for years now and still have to fight with the association to stop booting my car in my own spot. Everyone in my community had to pay for a decal for an automatic gate that does not work. I have been nothing but professional and calm in all my emails. I have received nothing but short and dismissive emails from every interaction. I have never write a review before but my patience has worn thin. If you would like to meet in person, good luck. They close at 4pm so anyone working normal hours would have to take time off to work to deal with any issues you may have. I wish I could put 0/5 stars.
