I have been going here for years, but this practice has gone downhill. They have moved to a new building with a dirt parking lot, which makes it extremely difficult for people with disabilities to walk through. The office staff is less than friendly. They now charge a 4% fee for using a credit card, INCLUDING a Health Savings Account (HSA) card. To me the worst part is the amazing PA, Amber, is leaving the practice. She was the reason I stayed there. She’s the first and only doctor to listen and actually hear me. She will be missed so much and I will now be looking for a new rheumatologist because I won’t stay at a practice that is run so poorly.

Twice canceled. I've waited 9 months. They don't even have the decency to call. It's an automated message. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Should not be able to practice medicine.

After seeing the reviews for this place, I will be making my appointment somewhere else. Thank you to the people that suffered thorough this Doctor and office.

The receptionist has the most irritating, ear-bleeding voice you can imagine and couldnt care less about you. These clowns have no idea what they're doing. Called me after a 2-3 month wait to say "the doctor won't be here for your appointment would you like to reschedule for THREE MONTHS OUT. " No reason given so he probably just went on vacation for all I know. Absolutely disgusting. Hope they go out of business they just play with people's health.

Made an appointment months ago as a new patient. The appointment was to be next week. Got a call today saying "The Dr won't be back in until the end of May and we need to reschedule you for August". Really? Horrible that you wait months to get an appointment and then the Dr just takes off for a month and you are out of luck and have to wait even longer. I've filed a complaint with the insurance company on this provider.

Dr. Kapil, at least ten to fifteen years. Not thrilled with the group who replaced the doctor when he passed but came to feel confident with the PA Amber. Today was told that they would not see me anymore and were cancelling my appointment for tomorrow telling me they no longer participated in my United Healthcare plan, the plan I’ve had for the last eight years. No notice, then told me my Primary Care sent the wrong form for referral. The same Primary Care who sent referral for dermatology and orthopedics. I am beyond insulted, they made a mockery of a good doctors practice. Also, have only seen Dr Ramos once in three years.

I would not recommend anybody try to register as a new patient. They rescheduled me twice after a 6 week wait and a trip to the ER. Looking for another provider.

I had Dr. Martinez for about 3 and half years, he was wonderful. Now I'm not sure what's happening there. Hopefully I'll be ok.

Office staff is great. Doctors are thorough and take time to explain things to you. I do not feel rushed as with many other doctors these days.
