Florida Baby Food Center - WIC Store

Call over the phone to see what the prices and how much it come for fruit and vegetables and was answer by someone who refused to tell me her name at 1pm today 1/4/23 and told me she is busy and humg up on you call again and dont answer what a great customer service

Worst wic place ever the lady That works there is very rude It seems like she doesn’t like her job.

Both spanish ladies they verry unappropriate to work here or to have the permit sell WIC products, they verry disrespectful, they hiding fresh fruit inside that just arrived, tell us we don’t have fruit at this moment, trying to sell fruit that already bad

My first time visiting this place was terrible and resists, as a black woman I entered this store and of course I noticed the staff is Spanish, I needed baby food and 7 cans of Enfamil genteles milk (purple can) she did NOT speak, nor did she look in my face, she only asks for my WIC card, then then mentioned I can only get 4 cans because Is 4 cans per customer, yet when I look at the next customer she was Spanish and they gave her total of 7 cans of toddler milk, and lets make this clear she had 3 kids older than 2 years old and my son is 10 months old, her kids should be eating regular food. So I ask the lady why are you giving her 7 cans when is 4 cans per customer she further explains to me the lady has more kids than I do, yet I never told this lady I had kids nor his age, am simply here picking up milk, they don't even ask for I. D she take the WIC card and move on, I than told her " I understand you are taken care of your peoples, but Be mindful all kids matter, it doesn't matter age, all kids should have milk" This lady goes on to tell me I have to come back for the rest of my milk. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AS LONG AS I WALK THIS EARTH. Those Spanish folks are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and have NO MANNERS. (I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH SPANISH FOLKS, BUT THEY only take care of they peoples) ALL KIDS MATTER. I wish I can can ZERO STARS (I will rather take my chances at another store and find milk before I give them my WIC CARD)

I hate this office. Get better workers that speak English. And open both registers.staff is lazy

Don’t go there they’re horrible…. On Saturday they say they opened at 9-2 and I came here at 8: 58 and it 9: 29 and they still not opened like this is crazy and ridiculous…

Bad customer service can be rude at times. They don't go by the hour of operation they post online.

Truly HORRIBLE customer service.you never get greeted when you walk in.they just pull out the machine to swipe ur card.unprofessional and super rude.i would not come here if other places had my baby’s formula in stock.my last resort.

Bad service, and they should update there time online. Every time that I make it to this store before the closing time they are always informing me that they are closed and even if you’ve made it minutes before whatever closing time that they stick to there door the worker acts as if you are not there and doesn’t let you in. Which is horrible service.

Bad customer service. If I could give it 0 stars I would have. I only went there because it’s close to where I stay. I went there on Saturday they close at 2: 00 on Saturday I arrived at 1: 15 the Spanish lady told me they were close. She didn’t even let me come inside. If she doesn’t want to work she could give it to somebody willing to work. Their food always expired the next day

System was down on Friday afternoon, One lady was on the phone and the other two sitting down behind the counter. One of the lady that was sitting down stood up as if they were about to attend me but the lady on the phone told me at that moment that the system was down.

I asked if they’re open on Saturday, the lady on the phone didn’t answer me but the lady who stood up told me yes and gave me the time.

I have a feeling the system wasn’t down. Since the lady who stood up seemed she wanted to help me. So I have my suspicion on the lady on her cell phone running this thing and not wanting to do actual work.

I get this feeling because I read the reviews on here first. This was my second time going, the first time I didn’t have no issues. But that Friday I did, and today Wednesday I went since I didn’t go that Saturday and guess what, system is down again. I guess in the afternoon is their break time and I should try in the mornings? I don’t know, but since this place has a bad rating I’m assuming things will be like this.

Being a first time parent is hard enough and then you have to deal with this kind of stuff.

I wish someone else could manage this place and replace all the staff. This is getting ridiculous and I only been there three times.

The worst customer service no respect for clients The Cuban lady is nasty she needs to go home and take care of her self and stop working she don’t know how to treat people how to talk to people she’s miserable

Been waiting in line for 1hr and the line is still not not moving. Its Saturday so most likely its going to be busy but this is ridiculous. Get more people to work then. EXTREMELY SLOW!

This wic store is terrible, every-time i get yogurt and milk for my kid there it’s always expired pass three days. Like they don’t give a damn about your kid safety or health, they just wanna make the money.

Fruit ALWAYS has mold. Cuban older lady has been working there for years and is miserable and rude. Always talking nasty in Spanish about the customers thinking we don’t understand what she’s saying. She complains about everything and everyone even her coworker calling her lazy. She needs to go. I will not be returning. Also address is incorrect- it’s in the same plaza as the WIC office.

GPS is not accurate, drove around for half an hour and never found the place, called and there was no answer

Me I tried to look for it but I don’t see it I looked up the address it’s not there is this an invisible store or am I just missing something can y’all tell me where this is exactly located because I’ve tried looking for 1000 times and no luck and I’ve called and no answer please I need help thank you
