Latrice is fun and informative! I feel well prepared. If you don't make an effort to study or practice, you probably won’t do well without previous bartending experience.

Latrice was such an awesome teacher. Really fun class, a lot to learn but she made it enjoyable! Highly recommend.

Amazing Teacher and Great Environment. I went to the school up in Jacksonville/ Orange Park and with only 4 days of classes I was able to retain all of the knowledge needed. 10/10 would recommend.

My experience with this organization has been less than ideal.

I applied for a class hoping to advance my career in bartender. I started bartending in 2017.

If you book this class, expect to play with colored water and plastic fruit. What this class will not teach a beginner is how to break the seal on a shaker. How to organize or mentally recall drink orders in a bar rush. How to pay attention to all of your clients to make sure they aren’t drinking too much or giving drinks to a minor.

The class is 4 days of learning how to pass a written test which you can take for $7 online through a different company.

When your friends or colleagues say bartending school is a waste if money, they are right.

I like to look at the bright side so I figured if I get a job out of it, it’s worth my $300 investment.

My first job interview was a week after I graduated. It took 3 days to get my list of available jobs. My first interview the location and the chain number were wrong. The school listed it wrong. Thankfully they got the phone number correct for the manager and I was able to clear all of that up!

My experience overall was good. The Instructor is very knowledgeable & doesn’t hesitate to educate students. I loved that she corrected us when or if we were wrong in a respectful way & still gave verbal praise when she noticed progress & effort. She let me take my time & helped me in areas I needed extra help in.
The reason for my 4 stars is because of the location of the school & the classroom setting, If you’re not familiar with the area it could be difficult to find. A bigger sign out front would help identifying the place because it’s not an actual building it’s like a house, evening classes it gets extremely dark & eerie when coming out of class so I think putting a light to light the parking lot up would be good. Also the classroom should be equipped with a Flatscreen on the wall for times we had to watch YouTube videos, it would be better to watch as a class instead of having 7phones going off at one time watching the same video. Other than that my experience was good.

Great class if your just starting out or a little rusty. Each day was super fun and we got to experiment with a lot of different drinks as well as keep the guide book FULL of drink recipes:)

Latrice did a fantastic job of preparing me to be the best I can be. She was very thorough and straight forward.

I thoroughly enjoyed the instructor and felt that she was very thorough AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! Being able to practice and apply technique was a huge help. Our group was fun and I’d definitely recommend this class to anyone interested in learning the craft of bartending.

Classes were great with Latrice, she spent time with her students and made sure you got the concept.

Had a great experience here! Relaxed and professional environment. I loved practicing making drinks behind the bar. The hands on practice is awesome. I would recommend anyone wanting to learn how to be a bartender, check this school out. I definitely have a much higher appreciation for bartenders and the drinks they serve.

Great course. The instructor was very thorough in her instruction. Through the course I became comfortable behind the bar preparing drinks. Through her instruction I earned all the necessary parts of the job to succeed! Would highly recommend!

Enjoyable and Fun class. Latrice our Teacher was excellent, she made sure to hammer in everything we needed for the test, we had ample time to practice making drinks, which did help significantly with learning the recipes.

Latrice is a wonderful instructor. The experience was great, with lots of great information given to prepare for the real world. I’ve recommended this class to others.
