Florida Bartending School Melbourne FL reviews
1510/10 this bartending school helps beginners learn the basics of bartending. I left this school feeling more confident than when I started.
This class was so informative and a lot of fun! Our instructor was very knowledgeable and fun! Recommend this course for anyone who wishes to get into mixology and bartending!

I learned a lot from this class! Jamerica was great and helped me and other students get to where we need to be! 10/10
Honestly, this school is a hot, chaotic mess. The building is old, the bar is reminiscent of the worst dive bar you've ever attended, the props are beat (are those onions or grapes?), the manual is filled with countless typos, and the giant tub of colored water under the leaky old sink is concerning. As a businessperson who has run training classes in the past, at $300 per person (which was fully billed on the first week - regardless of the agreement), there's money somewhere for improvements. The Jacksonville-based bro who runs this business advertises it on socials as if every week is a new class, which is terribly misleading. In reality, you're likely to find people from weeks 1,2,3, and 4 in the same class, so there's a lot of wasted time, especially for newer students. Normally, in these types of classes, the entire class is at the same level for a much more thorough teaching and learning experience so they're all learning the same things at the same time. The fragmented classes make it difficult for personalized attention, which is kind of important when mixing liquors. We ended up leaving after an hour or so each of the first three weeks, because there was really nothing else for us to do. With that said, we learned a lot from our instructor and a few other friendly and more advanced students, and we've found can actually mix some very good drinks. More importantly, we learned most bars don't do the right thing, which will probably save me thousands by avoiding buying anything with ice in the future. The saving grace is Jamerica, the instructor, who is a PHENOMENAL teacher with excellent bartending and teaching skills. She does her best to keep up with the chaos, and handles it better than anyone should be able to. Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if someone hired her away to be a big-time bar manager. Considering hiring her myself. FIVE stars for Jamerica, three for the misleading overpriced $295 program.
A little fast paced, but exactly what i wanted.made me feel confident to start my carrer in bartending

Great school. Fits well into an already busy schedule, only a total of 4 classes. Affordable, and hands on. Grateful for all the things I've learned, and excited for my future of bartending
I had a great time learning with Jamerica. I have to tell you, she set the standard high! At my third class though, I was pretty confident on the skills I gained. It was really fun making "drinks" once I got the hang of it. Thanks!
