I am grateful that these guys continually fight to keep insurance costs high. It causes me to think twice about going to the doctor for something like a silly broken leg or minor heart attack. I’ve learned to just shake it off and keep pressing forward, which gives me much more time to do the things I love. (Feel free to use this in your marketing materials)

Who gives 5 stars to their insurance company? They are beholden to their stakeholders. Means they try to maximize profits by boosting revenue and cutting expense. Ipso facto, they make it hard to get a claim processed, delay, or deny as much as possible because that formula works. Why do you think they have this absolutely immaculate campus near Deerwood? Or why they made $6 billion last year? God help you if you have to call customer service, I'm stuck dealing with the same issue for two months now. Every time I can I get someone new who has no idea what my issue is and can't access notes on my account. It's a terrible rendition of abbott and costello's "who's on first" routine. I expect it's just one more way to make it as difficult as possible to get the benefits you're entitled to under the policy.

Their plans is too expensive.and most of the places not take this.
I paid money as a donation.most of the good healthcare providers are out off network finally Cancelled the policy.

Avoid this company. Hours on hold with representatives in foreign countries that speak broken English. Hung up on numerous times, wasted time on hold with no resolution.

Florida Blue is amazing, especially the Nurse they had call me. So refreshing to have such a helpful insurance company for once.

I’m pretty horrified at how a health insurance company clearly doesn’t care about HIPAA. On my last call with customer service, a woman named Sierra had kids screaming in the background and was clearly more focused on them than on my issue. Frankly, you should require your reps to have childcare and a separate room. I’m appalled that’s not the standard. My medical info is private and no one outside the company should have access, either in print or spoken form.

So disappointed in FLA blue. Made one late payment and couldn't see my doctor today bc of it. Spent two hours on the phone even after making two payments and still the hold wasn't released. They said they wouldn't cancel anyone during this difficult time due to covid-19 but that's a lie! They'll put your coverage on hold where you can't be seen or get a simple
prescription

Florida Blue truly has a beautiful campus! It’s great to take a break and walk around. Nicely located down the road from the Town Center too and Tinseltown where so many restaurants and shops are. The buildings are beautiful and the business is nice to have in Jacksonville employing so many people while working to build a healthier community here and all over Florida.

If you have a business appointment here give yourself PLENTY of time to find where you need to be and to get parked. Lots of security and such to get through. Beautiful campus.

Was only here as a guest, but I have to say this campus and buildings are beautiful, modern and fun! The security officer at the gate was friendly and directed me to the building I needed, Stella, the guard inside, was very helpful and showed me to my meeting room, and Jasmine, Bob, and Eric were all very friendly and welcoming! Everyone seemed like they were happy to be working there, which is always nice to see.
