Shreeshe Green finally called me 30 minutes late for the appointment. After all that I get a dropped call and she does not even bother to call me back. I call the office for the 10th time and her phone is a dial tone. Complete joke! What a waste of my time. I’m back on hold again with Florida blue. I am so frustrated, spending months of my life trying to get a simple bill issue resolved.
I've had nothing but excellent service here! They have quickly solved any issues I've had in a friendly and competent manner. It's great to have a place to talk with insurance providers in person.
This was my first time coming in person to Florida Blue and I’m glad I did because they got to me right away. Very nice and big place and the agent I had was the wonderful, Cara helped me with all my questions, showed me exactly what I needed and overall let me know about new things I didn’t know about being Florida blue which was great. I’m glad I stopped by.
Going in for surgery in two days can I get my prescription filled? All numbers a call for service for Florida blue make a bunch of clicking noises and then hang up on you. Florida blue is the worst.
I stopped in to discuss insurance. I was told that I needed an appointment because they were too busy. There was only 6 people sitting in the waiting area. 4 of those people went back together. I also want to point out that there are 11 employees sitting at desks with no customers in front of them. Really too busy or too lazy?
Blue has always been good to me. Today went in becagroup plan ending and needed to convert to individual. There were half a dozen agents sitting with no customers. I was asked if I was there for Medicare. I said no. They said they are prioritizing Medicare and they could not help and I would have to come back. I left and called to get a quote and was treated well.
