2Florida blue just needs to get a new website or something! EVERYTIME I need to change my password it’s not working the website is ALWAYS GLITCHING! And no one is answering the phone
The receptionist who answers the phone was very rude before I could even tell her anything. She picked up the phone and the call was silent, before I could say hello she let out a huge sigh and then asked me what did I need help with. As soon as I was about to answer she hung up the phone. I called back and this time she helped me still with a nonchalant attitude. When she asked me for my insurance member number I had to pull it up on the app. It was taking longer than usual so I then apologized for the delay and let her know I was pulling it up that it was taking a minute. She said okay next thing I know the phone hangs up again.
