Came in to shop for glass and literally no one was there. The open sign was on, it was during business hours and no one was there to help. This isn’t the first time this has happened too. Too many times I’ve come in and they’ve been out of pretty much everything or the staff has been too high to function. I get getting high at a smoke shop but like you should at least be able to do your job. This is one of the least professional places I’ve ever been and I hope another glass place opens up around here and takes the place of this one. I’d give this place zero stars if I could.

I’ve had nothing but the best service and experience coming into this shop. The staff are very knowledgeable and the products in this shop are out of this world. I’m so thankful to have a shop so close to home! Great prices. Great people and great products.
