Dr Lipman took the time to put me at ease and explain my condition and our plan going forward. Definitely recommend!

Blood work was horrible! The male nurse kept moving the butterfly needle back and forth and the pain was terrible! Then he decided to do it from my other arm and when he put the needle in my arm felt like fire &! Painful! He ended up taking blood from that 2nd arm. Then he wrapped my two arms with bandage so tightly that I couldn’t put them down! In my years of experience and having blood drawn if the nurse uses the “Butterfly” needle method they do NOT know how to draw blood. The butterfly method is a non precise way of drawing blood. The easiest and MOST efficient is with an EXPERIENCED nurse using the direct needle syringe with changeable tubes for extra blood tubes. Do NOT put your patients thru this type of blood draw anymore some are in pain already and don’t need to be Guinea pigs for inexperienced and inept nurses. Get EXPERIENCED lab nurses and get rid of the butterfly method!

The staff is very friendly and inviting, love that! It’s different from before. I was A little surprised by the wait time but my expectations were managed well. I appreciated the compassion and empathy of the staff when I expressed my concern.

This visit was the WORST experience I have ever had in a doctors office! I wasREFUSED treatment by a NP because I rattled my walker in frustration when told me that my MD was not available. She stated she would not see me under these conditions - WHAT CONDITIONS? I had been assured that he was in that day immediately before I entered the examing room.
My doctor has missed 3/4 of my last visits, but I had no problems with that. This time I really needed to see him Re severe belly pain. I really thouhgt I had a recurrence of my lymphoma. The prior visits were routine semi annual checkups. I inquired 4 times that day with different people on his staff to see if he was there that day and they all assured me that he was. I needed for HIM to see me. So when I was so frustrated when told he was absent I became very upset. I am NOT upset with my doctor just the NP and office mgr.

I understand Dr. Hildreth has cardiac issues and I understand his sudden absence - but to be deserted by a medical professional because I expressed my own frustration was intolerable.
I am a retired otolaryngologist - this would NEVER happen in my office or (I'm sure) in any of my collegues.
I left the office immediately and saw my own internist the next day - I think one of the WORST things about this whole incident was that the office manager REFUSED to answer my calls -3 times. I wll not return there despite my respect and loyalty to my doctor. The NP "Mandy" should be fired!

The entire staff and Dr Newman are excellent.
The billing back up is always lacking information that my insurance company requires. Always have to call and get detailed invoices
Sincerely,
Frankie

I was in and out for my CBC in no time. I've been going to FCS since 2004 getting my phlebotomy for my PCT.

The nurses, office persons and technicians are excellent and so very patient. They demonstrate caring in their interactions with me as a patient. Barb is a volunteer and she brings a breath of sunshine with the warm blankets and drinks or snacks.

Efficient lab, as usual. It took a while for me to understand the parking situation, but now it's good.

The front desk seemed somewhat confusing. First, I was asked to take a seat and it was not the least bit busy. Then, they called my name to come back and get a wrist ID band. I have a bad back and any walking is painful. They could have put the band on me before I walked 30 feet to sit down. The phlebotomist made an error by only taking 3 vials, so he had to jab me with a new needle in the other arm. Anyway, it's over with now. Yay
