All the staff are professional, kind and compassionate and will answer any questions u may have.

The lab is always on time for infusions and the nurses are wearing masks especially for me since I have an immune system cancer. Dr. Gordan gives personal care for each patient. The staff is efficient and helpful. The portal is great for communication, and they are personable and professional.

Very thorough and professional treatment by the nurses and doctors made a difference. All were very friendly and caring today making a necessary but unpleasant experience tolerable. Thankfully the last one I will have

The check-in process is inefficient. I manually signed in 15 minutes before my CT appointment and it was nearly 30 minutes before I was called up just to be given a sticker so I could go to the imaging department, where they were wondering was I was so late for my appointment. An electronic check-in would have let them know I was in the waiting area.

They have been treating me for the past 3 yrs for stage 3 Melanoma.they have done a awesome job in every aspect of my treatment.

My experience was very positive. Everyone who works there is understanding
and helpful. They do whatever they can to make the experience
as comfortable as humanly possible.

Plenty of parking available, the staff from check in to check out, the lab technicians to the Dr's and Assistants are wonderful they make sure that your questions are answered and take care of your needs/ the infusion room nurses are wonderful and do a great job

Everyone was amazing. The doctor wasn’t as comforting but it was our first appointment so I’m not going to say anything bad about him. I don’t want to say his name because everyone has different experiences with people. They were pretty packed when we got there but we didn’t have to wait very long. I’m so glad my husband had the staff and nurses that he had helping him because they were nice, caring and very supportive. Thank you for making a him feel like he meant something to you and not just another person to see for the paycheck you get when it’s over.

Everyone are real nice, and considerate. Been seeing Dr. Iyer for 6 yrs. She is the best! Hope I can always see her if necessary!

I have had cancer care at Shands and the Moffit and they don’t compare to care I’ve received at Florida Cancer Specialists The facility is very clean, the nurses are all very caring, yet professional and meticulous with their work. The office staff are very friendly and thorough. My Doctor, Dr. Nance is the best Oncologist I’ve had and I have had several over the past 10 years. I credit her for saving my life two years ago and I feel confident she’ll do it again.

A really well run and pleasant experience with all of the staff. I also want to compliment the patients and their families. Certainly the cancer center isn’t a place you’d expect to meet so many kind upbeat people supporting one another.
