I have been going here since 2007 I have seen many changes over the years but a great team of doctors and staff.
Was not told my visit would be for blood only, if I'd known I would have declined the inconvenience of loss of time and rideshare charges. Only want doctor visits in future.
The doctors, PAs, and phlebotomists are highly competent, listen carefully to your concerns, and answer your questions clearly.
I like the process from checking in through seeing your doctor. They staff is very caring and helpful. Highly recommended!

Doctors and nurses are topnotch. My only issue is with standing in line so long to check in and check out. Much longer than the appointment itself.
I had very low iron. The doctor recommended an infusion and after two and a few additional weeks I felt brand new. Nicole is so knowledgeable and kind. I felt safe under their care.
Blood tests indicated iron deficiency anemia. Dr. Patel after checking my test results determined I needed an iron infusion once a week for two weeks. The infusions were very easy to take and very effective. After that I started feeling better and was back to normal within a couple weeks. I’m very appreciative of Dr. Patel and his team.

Receptionist sent me to Dr. Chaundry at 920 s. Myrtle. HE WAS NOT THERE. HE WAS IN SUITE 104 IN THE FLORIDA CANCER CENTER BUILDING. 10 MINUTES FROM MY HOME! Instead I drove to downtown Clearwater. It's not the first time I received misinformation! I m disappointed once again!
Wait time was unacceptable. My appointment was at 11: 30 and I was seen at 1: 45. Obviously, my time is meaningless. Patients should be seen within a half hour of appointment. If not, they should be offered an apology and an explanation.
Dr Ball and the entire staff from the front desk to the medical assistants, nurses and everyone else are all truly amazing and compassionate people. Everyone is polite, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this practice.
