13I had an appointment with one of the cardiologists and the service was fantastic! The girls at the front desk were so sweet, Julissa was able to get me in that same week and was incredibly helpful. Will definitely be returning back in the future!
The dr’s and staff are very pleasant. Front desk staff friendly, Julissa went above and beyond to fit me into their busy schedule. She always goes above and beyond. She is very compassionate with everyone. I’m very happy with their services.
The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Reddy spent time with me and was most kind.
I want to let everyone know this office is AMAZING! This has been the best cardiac facility I’ve ever been to! I see dr. Hussain and he is the BEST! He listens deeply to my concerns and needs, I never feel rushed! He always takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns! His bed side manner is caring, concerned, and all around brilliant! The staff is wonderful and always professional and helpful! Thank you to Ms.julissa for getting me registered and setting me up with an amazing doctor! I look forward to my treatment with this facility.

Julissa is amazing, she went the extra mile to help my mom when there was an issue with her referral. She put us at ease and made sure that everything was taken care of quickly. We had a great experience, everyone is very kind and professional. Thank you all and we appreciate all that you do!
New patient and I have to say, I was very pleased with the experience. Julissa and Lizette really helped set me up with the new patient information and scheduling me with an appointment that worked with my busy schedule. Overall the experience was great and the doctors were very helpful.
They will over booked, wait times are insane. And then appointments are so far ahead. Hussein is great but unfortunately too busy.
I saw Dr. Roberto Torres-Aguiar as a new patient and I have easily never been treated so poorly by a healthcare professional. He was insanely rude and constantly interrupting me why I’d try to answer him. They could tell me my heart is failing, I would still not go back to this office. Save yourself the time.
Very disappointed in treatment. I had a full check up done 2 weeks ago. The preliminary results were showing blockages. Today I was scheduled for a nuclear stress test. 3 total times my appointment was confirmed yesterday. 1 hour later they called to cancel my appointment. I find it hard to believe a medical practice so large, with over 5 locations has only 1 nuclear stress test technician. This just shows me that my blockages are not a high priority or concern.
I will not return, I will seek a more responsible and professional treatment practice.
Every time i call for my refills i cant leave a message. No1 P/U and mailbox is always full!
No respect for patients time, had a 1: 45 appointment, at 2: 15 I asked how much longer and was told "hopefully within the next half hour, he is running behind. " If the doctor is running that far behind where is the phonecall asking you to come later or if you need to reschedule.
Update: at 2: 40 as I'm visibly upset that I am still in the waiting room the receptionist yelled across the room full of people that "I should be next but in the future I should not make after lunch appointments because things run behind. " Never experienced anything like this before.
The workers at the front desk are very rude. Patient interaction was very negative both in person and on the phone. I was told to leave the building after I was already waiting with my girlfriend inside for over an hour. There were no signs posted and I was never informed that additional guests were not allowed inside.
