Terrible. My account was closed by some one at a similar address, and a new account opened at my address but not by me. My service was turned off because I wasn’t paying this new account that I didn’t know existed. I don’t know how that can happen unless they just don’t verify names, phone numbers, account numbers etc.to see if they match the address. Just sloppy.

However, The actual service techs are great.

Problems with auto pay. My moms card that was on file was stolen. Tried to help my elderly mother. Asked to PAY the bill with a check or another card. No help. Won't access account and take a payment. Why bother to have a billing representative if all they can do is refer you to their website? !

Horrible company full of people workers who barely speak eglish so there are CONSTANT communication issues that customers will have to pay for.

People are so quick to complain these days about everything and too often don't give enough credit to excellent employees who go over and above. Well today I had the pleasure of meeting 2 of the most helpful ladies at the Florida City Gas Rockledge office. I sadly did not catch their names (you know who you are), but I felt the need in this review to let management know how much I really appreciated their assistance. Merry Christmas to you both!

It has now been three weeks since I’ve requested a billing error be resolved. I’ve spoken to three different people, have jumped through all of their hoops, and furnished supporting documentation and evidence of the error made yet, “It’s still under investigation. Call back in a few days to see if the investigation is over. (Heard that twice now.) ” I am less than impressed with this company. The customer service and timely resolution is very much underwhelming… but they are quick to tack on late fees. I refuse to pay until this HUGE billing error is resolved and I am reissued a corrected statement.

Updating my review to 3 stars: Thank you to Sindy for promptly rectifying the billing error. I do feel that communication could have been much better prior to the resolution. I made six calls and spoke to 7 different people over the course of 8 weeks. I am certain my persistence is the reason why the mistake was corrected. Unfortunately the average customer does not have the free time I do.

You're a joke of a gas company. Thanks for making a family of 5 with little children who can't bath wait a week for their gas to be turned on! Which is a simple task that shouldn't wait a week!

If you are someone who budgets do not use auto pay. I signed up in April thinking the account will be balanced regularly to avoid late fees. This utilities company never corrected the balance on the account from April to now, in order to collect late fees amounting to several hundred dollars. Sounds like a scam to me, I never received any bill reflecting the current balance only shut off notices in the mail after late fees where already added. How do you give shut off notice on an auto pay account? Do not sign up for Auto Pay with this company unless you enjoy paying perpetual late fees.

Do not recommend this gas company! They will make a family of 5 wait a week to turn gas on. Poor customer service. Why are they even operating. It's a simple gas turn on its not gonna take hours to do. Do better and thanks for making my family go with out! Ridiculous! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Completely unacceptable. You cannot reach anyone. Then you leave a message for someone that doesn't state that they are with the department that can help you. Literally unreal.

Could not find anyone who speaks English well enough to understand or at least someone that was inside the United States of America. I spoke to really nice people in Mexico, Costa Rica and maybe Mars.none of them could tell me if gas was available at a new house that I am buying.

Good luck if you have an issue with billing. First it took 7 days for them to cash my check after they received it. Then the online balance never updated and still showed balance owed. So I call the 800 number on the bill and get their menu tree. After going through all the sub-menus I finally get the "billing issues press 4" option. So I press 4 and guess what, it says "invalid entry". I tried going through the menus several times. Finally on the general service menu that leads to all billing, press 5, I started holding down the 5 key. Must have input 30 or more 5's and it finally says it will transfer me to an operator. I get a person with a very thick accent but, after going through many steps to confirm I was actually the account holder, was eventually able to get confirmation that my balance was zero. I'm seriously thinking of converting to all electric.

Absolute worst company.they have no consideration for anyone.they can come cut off your service remotely with no problem but when they get their money.have the audacity to take forever to cut it back on
