A gem in our community!
I have been coming here for years and whether it is for Sangha on Sundays or meditations throughout the week, I always leave feeling refreshed and centered.
The Dharma is focused around Buddhist teachings, but mindfulness is applicable to the lives of everyone, regardless of denomination. FCM does an amazing job of making everyone feel welcome when I bring guests. If you are reading this and looking for a compassionate and authentic community, I encourage you to visit FCM on Sunday morning
