When to FCU and had the pleasure of speaking with Alex. Very professional and polite young man. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and very happy with my request.

I went to florida credit union on Silver Spring Blvd.
Due to seen that I had a $ 72: 00 dollars late payment which I should not have a $72 late payment because my first payment was supposed to come out in December which the young lady was supposed to set up my same payment automatic coming out in December because I redid my loan.

I stop by there to ask what was $72 for an a young man told me at the branch on the boulevard that it was my late fee payment my miss payments so then he said I can waive the late fee but you still are $50 behind. It’s not my fault because she didn’t put it back like it was that she did not have it automatic to come out. You got what I said it set up for you now but I can waiver the late fee so I said Let me speak to a manager so I talk with someone I tried to cash a check and she told me she can’t cash the check.
So I said can I speak to a supervisor?
So when the black supervisor came on the screen she looks at me all crazy with those glasses on talking about you’ll have to pay the 50 dollars.

But it wasn’t my fault because she made a mistake. Where is the customer service for accepting the responsibility.
I guess the customers service at Florida Credit Union come first and So I ask for another manager she comes up I speak to another she’s comes trying to play with my intelligent saying but you owe first credit union that hello somebody that’s not issue that I came in there for.

I’m Writing the board of directors and BBB.
She need more costumer service training. And trying to belittle me as a costumer saying you owe us the money but you’re refusing to accept the responsibility of the writer of the loan she said she was doing the deposit withdraw set up.

So now I got to deal with this foolishness and attitude from the union representatives.

Matt R was my member service representative. He was very polite very knowledgeable very nice highly recommend him for a promotion he knows what he is doing and he even got me to open a personal account besides my business account. I highly recommend if somebody is going to open an account ask for Matt

The woman named Yashira is such a delight to do business with. Very happy with my experience from this bank.

Needed a specific stamp on a legal document. Could not get it anywhere near home. Set up an appointment at FCU, I had a short wait, then was seen by the branch manager who knew exactly what I needed and helped me through the process. Got the document mailed right outside in the same strip mall.

My experience with Florida Credit Union has been nothing less than Phenomenal! Kiana Cook was my teller and she was extremely friendly, professional, majorly helpful and attentive to my needs as a customer. She was quick and efficient and communicative along the way keeping me informed of everything she was doing for me she didn't just leave me standing in silence I am looking forward to my next banking adventure great doing business here!

I just want to thank Tatiana Ruiz with 40 E. Branch in Ocala Florida. She literally turned my life around. I was banking with Vystar for over two years after my divorce and could not get a loan for a car or start my own line of credit thru Vystar but when I met with Tatiana with Florida Credit Union and talked to her that Saturday I walked out with a line of credit and a amount for my car loan. Now I'm on the road to a new chapter in my life. Thank you so much for all the work and care you put into it. Tatiana Ruiz you are a great asset to Florida Credit Union and to their customers.

Tiana Cook was beyond incredible. I just recently started banking with Florida credit union and I am very impressed. I came in today to deposit a check and she was beyond helpful. Thank you so much Tiana.

Today I went to the Silver Springs branch and was assisted by Josh DuBois. He treated me with the care, compassion, and respect that we do not see often these days. I had fraudulent activity done on my card last night and the system shut it down. With lightning speed he took care of me this morning and gave me a new card. Kudos to him and Florida credit union. This is why I’ve been a member for almost 20 years. Thank you thank you Josh

Special thank you & appreciation to Nadira for helping me with my auto loan process. She was very patient & suggestive! I never seen, met or was introduced to the underwriter but special thank you as well for taking a chance with me & giving me this amazing opportunity! Not even 2 months (I believe) of me being a member I was walking off the lot with a Hyundai Elantra 2020 in less than a week upon approval! It was an easy process & im soo grateful! Thank you guys!
