I had an appointment today for 2: 00 p.m. I arrived at 1: 50 p.m. I just now left at 3: 15 p.m. And I never received my shot I went in for a flu shot today follow the directions as far as making an appointment and I'm sitting out in the lobby for all that time waiting how pathetic when it takes 2 minutes to give a flu shot never again

The people working at Curative for the Covid Testing at the health department are super kind, friendly, and fast! Thank You for your compassionate service!

I've been waiting over 2 to 3 weeks for this wic office to fax over my son's VOC to the Missouri WIC office and I have given them the right fax number multiple times and a gentleman that I spoke to two days ago told me he sent out that VOC but the Missouri WIC office has yet to receive my son VOC and I called the Missouri WIC office this morning to see if they received it and they have yet to receive anything. I will be calling you guys again to see what the hell is going on because this is ridiculous my son needs WIC in the state we are living in now.

The front desk Spanish lady (window 3) is super rude, unhelpful, has bad attitude… she makes you feel bad and angry. She doesn’t know how to work with people. Lack of customer service. If you don’t know how to work and talk to people the find another job! Long waiting just for a vaccine! This is the worst experience ever in health places. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the nurse, she was nice!

Horrible. Had an appointment for 8: 00.

It’s almost 8: 30 and the nurse has not even shown up to work. Very unprofessional. They don’t care about anyone’s time.

Absolutely trash. Rude attitude. Dirty facilites. Pretend not to speak much English. Asked for an original birth certificate. Nothing but attitude. Very slow, uncaring.

My fiancé and I came in today to get our daughters birth certificate. We are from Pennsylvania and had never heard of having to go to a separate location to get a birth certificate but needed to get our daughters birth document so we headed to this place.
Upon walking in the building we were overwhelmed and confused, it’s very hard to navigate where to go on your own. The nice guy by the front directed us to window 2.
We headed to window 2 and saw no one in that area, I saw another lady standing beneath the window 1 sign, I thought maybe there was a shared office so I was looking for the person for window 2.
The lady then, very rudely said “hello? Can I help you? ”with the most attitude I’ve ever received from someone working in a business especially one that deals with the general public on the daily. I said I need to get my daughters birth certificate and she replied with “You’re the mother? ! ” Again with more attitude.
I said yes, and she began to be more nice to me, but still not pleasant.
She made me feel like because of my age or the way I look I can’t be a mother, I felt very judged. For context I have a very alternative style and am a young mom.
I can’t be sure because I don’t speak Spanish, but I could’ve sworn her and the man next to us were making small talk about me and my fiancé in a not so kind way.
The other issue, which is more understandable was with payment. My fiancé and I are in the middle of trying to move up north so we don’t have much of any money so my mother decided to cover my daughters birth certificate. I didn’t see a problem, my mother and I have the same last name currently and my mom also wrote out a check if they wouldn’t take her card. They don’t take checks. She gave me one option, to go get cash out on my moms CREDIT card. Not possible, and I don’t walk around with my moms ATM card so.a 20 minute drive to and from for no reason.
I got in the car and started crying because of how mean the lady was and I went for no reason.

Why would the Florida Department of Health put a vaccination site on a small obscure Spanish-speaking church near St. Cloud, FL after moving it from the much larger Valencia College parking or even setting up a vaccination site at Heritage Park Osceola where Mecom, The Silver Spurs Rodeo and the County Fair are held?

Spokesperson Jeremy Lanier said the move was motivated by the church’s large space, which made sense for mass vaccination logistics – things like location, ample parking and a big lot were the decisive factors.

These other locations would serve the community better, so what is the deal? Interesting that if you click on the photos associated with this posting all I could get was the photos of the Florida Health Department site (Seems like this has been fixed and you can now see the comparison in size of the locations mentioned in the review,)

I want to say that the lactation consultants in this office are OUTSTANDING. They helped me when I had serious difficulties getting my baby to latch after a nursing strike. The women were understanding and relatable. This is the ONLY reason I am giving a 4-star review.

The WIC office itself needs a serious update. Bathrooms NEED to be more “mommy” friendly. Due to COVID the office is cleaner, but it should always remain this clean from now on because before it was CRUSTY.

It’s sometimes a hit or miss with whoever answers the phone. Sometimes the person has 0 phone etiquette, which is never acceptable. Other times you have an extremely sweet person.
