Florida Department of Health in Hernando County

Tried calling to schedule a vaccination appointment for my daughter. A total of 16 calls over the course of three days and never got a frickin' answer not once. Glad they are actually able to answer the phone during their POSTED work hours. Hate this place don't even try to go here.

Had a great experience, the front receptionist that works Tuesday and Friday was absolutely amazing. So sweet and patient. My sister in law moved from another state and needed help and she helped us through the whole process. The nutritionist was also very kind and informative. Thank you guys for all your help. High recommend.:)

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? These IDIOTS lost my covid test results from the event at the Hernando County Fairgrounds! How INCOMPETENT can you get? I was definitely exposed to covid as an essential caregiver for a parent in a nursing home. They've been jerking me around for about a week now. PULL THEIR FUNDING! You guys don't deserve to operate! I'm SO ANGRY!

I've been going to Premier Health for 6 months, everyone there are always so sweet and helpful. Never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. The girl at the desk are awesome, they answered all my questions and also directed me to the right people, in the right department.

I just found out that I'm pregnant and have been trying to call the health department to confirm pregnancy and set up insurance. They will not answer / forwarding my calls. It's beyond frustrating.
