Florida Department of Health in Pasco County reviews
9Ridiculous one nurse on staff. The attitude needs adjustment. I was told my results were printed out. I can pick it up at the front. Just show ID. I arrived. I was told to sign in after explaining what I was there for and what I was told. It's not like they were busy. Finally called to go to an office to retrieve results which could have been in an envelope with my name just verify who I am. People make things complicated, that isn't. I wish I could sit behind a desk to get paid for doing barely nothing. People attitude act like they're mad at the world. And act like they're doing you a favor. I rather go elsewhere.
Original Review:
Hi.
I am a contractor in the food service industry as well
I have my ServSafe certification.
I am in and out of many places that serve food and receive food that are businesses.
Do you have an app where we can securely check a box that lists what we can see or smell that makes us fear for the employees and the customers health?
I have been at the fair grounds when new napkins where brought from the warehouse, opened, and found to have black mold spots.
I have left a few reviews and one of the companies could only say.
Our goal is for you to be safe.
You don't have to go back there.
I have loaded food from grocery store to deliver and find I am driving with fruit flies in the car.
Please advise.
I tried to call.
The automated system is to automated.

In Addition.
I look at places where I am not perfect.
My smoking habits, my car cleanliness aren't always daily right now but I have Lysol or sage.
The business providing the food should also be able to do the same.

To take it a step further one could require vehicle ServSafe inspections and training or.

Let's talk about emissions control.
In Florida a nurse from The Islands told me it was bad quality air because Florida is flat.
I read that emissions inspections in Florida were stopped in order to save money.
I wasn't living here at the time so I don't knew where or for what that money went to.
But Florida has been growing in Tampa Bay by 100 people a day since COVID and I am not sure if it's stopped.
Delivery cuts down on the amount of cars on the road but the quality of the car and idling habits affect everyone.
A pool of vehicles for us to arrive at and get into each day and return each night for more potential benefits that
I HOPE We Can All See.
Would allow delivery companies like Uber and GrubHub to cut pollution and ensure the safety of others as well.
Thank you for reading and taking time to see how it could help by implementing any of these suggestions.
Thank you again and God Bless to you and Your Family!

Some companies allow you to drive with another who has passed back ground check and some don't. Some tell you to get a gun.
I have a still active stalker situation.
I choose to have another person with me and does he.
Every single person there was amazing and they went well above what they had to do, to help us get the immunization required. I am so appreciative of their help and beautiful attitude toward their job!
The staff at this location are so helpful and pleasant. And they helped me with what I needed to get done with what absolutely no problem. I would definitely come back to this office
The staff at the Wesley Chapel location were extremely friendly and helpful. We were seen very quickly. The facility itself is very clean. Would definitely recommend.
For the people here from CA Your state is a DUMPSTER FIRE so don't start talking about us Floridians I don't wanna here it at least there is help and not a TENT TO SLEEP IN!
Have not been to the health department building as of yet, but Mark Chmiel from the epidemiology department has been the biggest help and resource I could ask for!
Is this a joke? The place looks like a dump! And this is what you call “Department of Health”? ! Really? ! Clean it, rebuild it, make it look like new so that not to scare people who come here! Something similar you would find in 3-world countries if not better. We moved here from CA and that was the most disappointing place we had to go to.
First of all, I want to say that if you have a large family, don’t go here. I was treated with utter contempt the moment I walked in with 4 children. I came to the department of health to receive some of the regular childhood vaccines. This facility broke HIPPA Law by discussing my child’s health in front of others, outright lied about my right as a parent to space vaccines, and asked me to leave initially and denied my children’s access to vaccines because I only wanted to do two at a time. The nurse, Nancy, yelled at me in the lobby claiming the facility was not allowed to administer vaccines except according to the CDC schedule. When I told her this was inaccurate, she became quite agitated and told me she would have to speak to her supervisor. She also asked me if I had documentation to prove I am allowed to space. Mind you, I was not asking for any official documentation from them for school because I homeschool, which I made clear. She came back and told me the supervisor would not allow us to get vaccines because my daughter has a peanut allergy and the facility is not equipped to handle anaphylactic reactions. I told her there are not peanuts in the vaccines and I want to speak to the supervisor.
When I met with the supervisor, Crystal, she was also very hostile and told me their facility only vaccinates according to the CDC schedule and I was not allowed to choose which vaccines I wanted my children to receive. I told her this was legally inaccurate and she finally (after much banter) agreed to give my children the vaccines after I threatened to go public with their lies and medical coercion. They also broke the Right to Consent by lying to me about my rights as a parent to choose what medical treatments I want my children to receive. Crystal did later apologize and told me they would “beef up” their training on vaccine spacing and parental consent.
This facility needs to be investigated immediately and we will be calling our county commissioner.
