My partner and I have been coming for 2 years now very friendly staff and besides seeing a different doctor every time we are seen they are very nice and pleasant towards us! I know it's hard working in a place like this!

The 4 stars is based on my encounter with mrs tam le.she was my nurse who took care of me during my visit. Very sweet and down to earth and helpful with information regarding my concerns. Also the young lady with glasses and dreads who helped confirm my appointment was nice cant remember her name. The lady who sit at the front i guess shes the one you tell you have an appointment and she gives you a number she wasnt really nice. Kinda seems like she doesnt like her job, i noticed a spanish woman walked in and the lady wasnt nice with her and then when i was leaving i asked her a question about my visit and she answered with an attitude. Other than that facility is clean, most workers are friendly. Oh and shout out to the girl who drew my blood. Very very painless didnt feel a thing she was also super sweet.

They truly deserve less than one star. My experience started back in June when I felt like I had something stuck in between two of my teeth that I just couldn’t get out. Went to dentist as an emergency client cause another tooth was also bothering me. Anyway she’s scrapping and poking around, pushing air through and water. Finally she stopped and said I don’t think anything is wrong. Ok. Fast forward one/two weeks I’m at work and the exact tooth she was poking, scraping and what not, fractured while chewing a piece of gum. I go back to this place cause the tooth is hurting and it’s sharp cause the whole back of the tooth broke off. I tell them I wanted it removed and dr basically tells me no because of the tooth and location. He shaves my tooth down (only cause I asked) and sent me on my way. This past Thursday night (8/3/23) I start having extreme pain and nothing was helping. I mean I was taking Tylenol, Motrin and Advil and not one of them took my pain away. They pain traveled to my ear, up and down my jaw and up my face. My skin was warm to touch and had a fever of 100.3. Clear indicators that a infection was present. Almost forgot to mention I was taking the amoxicillin that was given to me the second time I had gone here just in case I started to have pain. This wasn’t helpful in anyway. So Friday (8/5/23) I go back to the office again to try to be seen as an emergency but, I was told I couldn’t be seen. Even after explaining everything I was experiencing I was told no to being seen. A nice young lady did however asked if I had received a referral to the oral surgeon and when I told her no she did go talk to someone to get me one. I also explained how I’ve had gastric bypass and NSAIDS and a no no can they please give me something to help me with my pain. I told no. I took the Advil and Motrin cause I was desperate and would continue because the pain was so unbearable. Anyway Saturday I ended up in the ER because I just couldn’t take it anymore. The doctor could feel the infection through my skin and saw how swollen I was and warm to touch. He instantly changed my antibiotic cause the one I had wasn’t working and also call me in something for pain to get me to Monday morning. That man was a blessing because the antibiotic alone within a day took the pain away. Had your people actually listened to me or examined me themselves I wouldn’t have had to suffer like I did. Instead they treated me like trash when I was desperate for help.

I had an appointment for 1: 30 and around 1: 40 I went to speak with someone to see if they were able to take me back. I found no one at the desk, but did see and hear the staff gossiping very loudly in another room with the door open, using unprofessional language. Not only talking about their staff meetings, but about patients health and their co workers as well… clear HIPPA violation. They then sent me to the cashier to pay and no one showed up for at least 20 minutes. Very dissatisfied and will not be back. This 15 minute appointment has turned into an hour long process of trying to get what I need to get done, done. Incredibly disrespectful. Usually I do not complain but this has been an unbearable experience. New management is NEEDED

Had a great experience getting my birth control (iud) the staff were very polite and friendly!

This place is VERY RUDE THE WIC DEPARTMENT IS VERY RUDE THE LADY WHO BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH PROPERLY HANG UP ON ME, while I’m trying to get my baby milk

Terrible Service! They are terribly rude. I called dental at least 8 times and waited on hold. Each time I waited for my turn only to be hung up on. When I called medical same thing. Finally an operator answered. She was very short with me, didn't apologize when I explained about being hung up on. When I told her I needed appointments to his very short with me and said they don't take adults for dental cleanings. Then she told me she couldn't even make an appointment for my daughter unless I would come in person and fill out a packet of paper. What kind of system is that? Seems they don't care about people and have a lack of compassion in general.
