The guy behind the counter didn't seem to know what he was doing. Didn't answer any of my questions.

Only reason Im giving 5 stars is strictly for a woman named "Anita Black". Through my months of turmoil trying to receive child support, she is the ONLY one who would message me back regularly in regards to my case. Everyone else is an utter joke to say the least. She always remained professional and understood fully my frustration of how broken this system is communicating thru diff states. From phone calls where noone calls you back to phone calls where you wait over 20 min for someone to answer and you really dont get answers.just the run around. I resorted to just emailing Anita because she appeared to take her job seriously and actually DO her job. Kudos to whomever hired her.

I’m surprised there are so many negative reviews. My visit today was fast and pleasant. The staff was really helpful and friendly!

One woman in particular is very rude and ignorant. I feel that the system as a whole is redundant and in need of a overhaul.

Lady with black short hair at the check in area is extremely rude, talks to you like you’re ignorant etc.obvious she doesn’t like her job.

The workers at this location are above and beyond in quality compared to the Ocala location. I thank them for their compassion and optimism when it comes to handling situations that affect someone's LIFE! Such an unexpectedly wonderful experience instead of what my husband and I were expecting. So glad we decided to go to this location.

We go there all the time always nice to us. They treat us good. If you go in with an attitude expect it back

I have never once been late on child support. I pay $1,039 a month, yet I receive a letter every month saying I am $778 past due. Every time I call I get told to disregard the notice because I am current. My child support was established in 2011, yet this year's tax return had $778 withheld for child support. I called once again and found out that the check was redisbursed to me because it was an error. Now, this past weekend I receive a letter from Florida DMV saying my license will be suspended by October 1,2018 due to failure to comply with child support order. I call Department of Revenue once again and they say the same thing they always do, "disregard, you are current. " Why can't you fix your system? I live in Virginia and cannot deal with monthly hour long waits to get through to be told I'm current, stressing about my license being suspended, and having my tax refund withheld.

Fast service and very courteous staff. I have had to come to this office two times. First time was to just hand in my financial packet. Second time was because a worker in Broward county closed the action then reopened it so I had to fill out new paperwork. This is the only place that has given me answers as to what is going on with my case.

Just want money and care less about kids or what's actually going on I their lives.
You can ask em any question and the answer will be, money, money and give me money.
Oh your dying of stage 4 cancer and just lost your home to a tornado, give us money or your going to jail and we'll take your license.
Even though for over 100 years it's been not possible to be imprisoned people are sentenced to jail everyday for not being able to pay child support that actually can't pay.
Not speaking about people who can pay and chose not to.
They know you most likely can't afford a lawyer since you didn't pay child support so now they know they can charge you with a crime that any lawyer would get you out of.
I actually don't have kids myself or have a child support case.
Just wanted to let whoever reads this know this place and I'm sure many like it are a scam among most if not all thing state, county and country related.

Lady at the front counter couldn't care less about you or your questions.
She will in fact interrupt you and talk through you like you are not even speaking. She seems Very unsatifyed with her job and treats customers accordingly.

Horrible.never receive money on time and theres always something wrong.you all are horrible even the people that work there.

Every time I call they are always busy and the 'web chat' is always down! This place need to either hire more people or they need to.do their jobs better. How are you supose to get help or information if you can never get threw to someone?
