18Cannot get ahold of anyone to find out any information about my case, don’t know who to call about this situation!
I am very confused. How does a room full of incompetent highly overpaid fast food workers stay funded. Who is responsible for the competency and functions of this department? It is a disgrace to our working parents. This state has done nothing to improve this department in the 4 years that I have painfully had to navigate.
This office still has the WRONG ADDRESS on all their correspondence. All of their mail is sent to an addiction center. They have not been located at that address for more than 7 years. This is unfair to the public as notices are rejected and people are not being notified in a timely manner. I would expect more from a government office.
11/7/19 Management and staff have bad attitudes towards customers as soon as customers walk through the door. They seldom have a professional answer for customers' questions. The staff have poor communication skills.
Voice recording just says no one can talk. During business hours, and repeatedly. No idea how to reach a human.
I was there no longer than 8 minutes and was also the first one there. All though I wasn't there as long, I would say their some nice people. Thumbs up from me.
It is the system.
All automatic set up we get no support.
They should all be in contempt of court if you cant find them anyone can answer a door n say they dont live there n if they r not paying then they should have an automatic warrant. We need more support from our government to do something about all these dead beat parents.

It's terrible. It's the worst place for a man/father to have to be. They hire only women and it always seems they hate men. Go figure

I've been trying to get ahold of these people for two weeks. No office number listed and 1800 number never has "available representatives and their online chat is constantly offline
No one picks up the phone to ask a question now i have to go in person why put a phone number if your not going to answer
This is my most stressful part of my day! If you have a question or need to take care of payments, you will be calling every single day until one of the customer representatives are not busy! And then they say you could take care of it online but you cannot take care of it online!
If i could give a zero I would. The 800 number you have is no good if there's no available representative. I work for a living and do not have time to call back All Day. Also I'm not available to participate in your ear so exclusive e services. Get with it and hire people.
This right here is not help. It is USELESS. Anytime you call, ANYTIME IN THE DAY, "the representatives are busy". I am a payer and have been ontime to all my payments and have an issue with the state reporting me being delinquent and I have not been able to talk to a live person.
Helpful in ways and discouraging in other ways! Customer service number is really unhelpful, when no one answers or every agent is busy.
Ridiculous that you are referred there by Volusia County Child Support Services for help and they send you away stating they can't help you with an appointment unless you are on welfare services! Really? I pay taxes and work so your department can exist but you can't help me because I don't require or nor would sign up for welfare? WTH kind of place is this?
Phone number given is an endless loop with no options to speak to a human. Great way to leave folks with issues high & dry
