4Employees at this office are extremely rude and unwilling to serve the taxpayer, i was told they have an allotted time to speak with the taxpayer, which in my case was about 5 minutes. These people are rude, and incompetent, unfortunately, i have to deal with them again tomorrow to show them proof of a payment which they claimed was returned, and for which they are charging me the amount plus penalties. That's what happens when you hire incompetent people that you can't fire afterwards, they call that progress.ive.in my view
Can't get thru on the phone to Tallahassee or Broward office. Trying to resolve an issue for months. Wrote letters and sent documents. Still very uncooperative. Waste time for a minor issue. On-hold for an hour. I would rather deal with the IRS any day than call the DOR ever. We deserve better
No matter what time you get there you have to wait for couple hours till they call you. People that works here needs to he replaced i can tell a broken calculator will work faster than this retarded people.
I own a small company & whenever I have questions/concerns they are always there to help break it down for me.
