This Department needs to hold owner-operators responsible for the maintenance on their trucks. Florida has the most visually unsafe looking trucks on. Florida needs to hold itself to a higher standard. The owner operators or company's should be handed Fix-It tickets and inspected more often.

I waited an hour for the CDL help desk just to get dropped off, called back 8 times because I couldn’t get through. It seems like the department should invest some of the money it syphons from us into making information and “help” a little more available.

Customer service is extraordinarily poor. Could they please get some of these overpaid lard-bricks to answer the telephone?
