Dr Castellano is a very fine Dr and surgeon who genuinely cares about his patients. I could not be more pleased with my treatment, both by Dr Castellano and his courteous stsff.

2nd visit at FL ENT. I would like to say the entire visit was pleasant from front staff at check-in and check out, to the assistants were all professional and courteous.
Dr Vincent really goes out of his way to make sure his patients' visits are thorough and he appears to care about their well-being. I was unsure about what my insurance covered, and Dr. Vincent and staff made sure to call on my behalf and get everything taken care of. What Dr. Office or doctor takes time while you're there to call and get approvals for all the treatment they want you to have. They literally advocated on my behalf. I was set up with a well-rounded treatment plan in one visit. I just can't say enough about that.
The procedure of Botox inserted in my vocal cords went safety, smoothly, and relaxed. Being my first visit for this procedure, I was unsure of what to expect. Thank you, Dr. Vincent, staff, and FL ENT.

Office staff was very rude at checkout and also when i called on the phone because my father was in pain and needed to be seen they said there was nothing they could do and talked to us in an unprofessional way.will not be returning to this office.we like the clearwater office better there the office staff knows how to treat patients the correct way.

Office was nice and staff were nice, doctor was 30 minutes late to the appointment.the $200 office visit didn’t get more than a minute in before another $250 procedure was needed

Dr. Castellano is a very caring, professional, patient, empathetic and intelligent ENT doctor. His medical assistant, Gabby was warm and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking the best care for their ear, nose, or throat problem.

Dr. Anderson fixed my ear problem quickly and was funny and kind. I went in expecting to be extremely stressed but came out super happy and relieved. All the workers were kind and helpful as well. Definitely recommend this practice!
